13We had our apartment listed with another agent for an extended period of time without a successful sale, changed to Park Property and with some sound advice from Russell the property was sold in less than a week for a price.
If there was an option to give 0 stars, hell even negative, I would have given that. These guys dont pick phone and no one shows upto inspection of properties. Had booked inspection of a property twice, no one from their team was there and upon calling no one picked phone.
Russell White is a fantastic negotiator, helping us sell our property swiftly with a good price for the buyer and us as sellers. He is the Vic Park specialist and would highly recommend to anyone selling a property in this area.
From requesting an appraisal right through to settlement, Russell was great to communicate with. He was professional and trustworthy throughout the process and kept me up to date the whole way through. He ensured that I got the best price possible and set reasonable expectations from the start. Signed on with Park Property 1.5 years ago due to an inflated promise of rental return, which resulted in the property taking 3 months to let after dropping the rate to an achievable level. Have had instances of inflated quotes and not completing work or not reporting on the outcome. Basically they do the bare minimum as property agents and I don't have the time or inclination to constantly check they're doing their job.
I have several other properties in the area managed by another agent who have provided much better service, which I will be switching to once the current management agreement expires.
Russell White of Park Property is our Rental Agent for our holdings in Perth and we can't praise his professionalism enough. Russell always returns calls and emails promptly, always gives sound, sensible and sage advice, and nothing is ever a problem for Russel and his team at Park Property. His team managed the renovation and we were pleased with their prompt, careful and respectful attitude, to always ask before spending and taking care to source reasonably priced quotes. Russell recently assisted us in selecting and inspecting a number of properties, despite not receiving any financial benefit. We highly recommend Russell's Agency and Property services.

I think the staff is really irresponsible. One can't expect logical conversation with these guys whatsoever.
I have been a tenant with other property agent and I had really good experience in Perth, but Park property services were absolutely disappointing through year of tenancy.
I think tenant should really think twice before getting into tenancy agreement with Park Properties.
I had continuous disturbance from one of Appartment inspire of multiple e-mail they did bother to look into matter.
I also asked them to organise handyman for bathroom door repair they took thousands of e-mail and 2.5 month to get it repaired.
There are endless things to explain, just in period of year.
I would suggest tenant to enter in property only if they can take all responsibility of Appartment and ready to listen these illogical agents on phone.
I can see the disparity between the service and care taken towards property owners and tenants and I would like to say as a long term tenant I am constantly taken back by the poor level of communication that this agency takes with tenants. It seems to have quite a turnover of staff that handle their rentals (maybe this is inline with industry?) I hope that their fees are low for property owners and their level of care is better than for their tenants.
I can only presume as it's currently a 'supply and demand' market that they feel tenants are less important. This is a shame and perhaps if this were to change they would have to review their customer relations.

Colleen and the team at Park have managed my property since November 2014 and, for those five years, have done an outstanding job. From going above and beyond to source a tenant at Christmas time, to maintaining excellent communication via email (I have spent much of that time internationally) and getting on top of maintenance issues as they've arisen - I couldn't have asked for better service.

We had been to a couple of other real estate agents before Russell and found them to be way too pushy and dishonest. We took an instant like to Russell and got a great vibe from him. Russell is very honest, up front, extremely approachable and down to earth. Russell communicated with us after every home open, house offer and all the way through settlement.
