New must stop lunch spot! Great service with a smile, amazing fresh to order rolls and delicious sweets!

I stumbled across this gem of a place this morning. The ladies were lovely and the Conti roll was amazing. Will be coming back regularly!

Stopped in for a casual panini last week, didn’t realise there was a place in Perth that knew how to do this properly.

It's a cold day and I was looking for a place that have soup. I tried a few café around work in Balcatta and none of them had soup. I accidently noticed Panini cnr and thought to give it a try. Surprisingly they had pumpkin and sweet potato soup which was very smooth and tasty.loved it and would definitely come back to try their sandwiches.

Great service, amazing food and always feel welcome when i come here.

Food is ok, pricing is high & servings are so small you need to buy 2 lunches

Large chips $7.5 for as many chips you could fit in one hand

What a lovely little sandwich shop.

Today I got a little hungry and decided I’d give this shop ago, and I’m so glad I did, from the moment I walked in I felt welcome. A lovely lady could see I was struggling to decide and gave me a coupe of great suggestions, which I decided-to buy them both.
While she made the fresh rolls in front of me, she informed me that she made the coated chicken strips & meatballs fresh every morning before the shop opens. The sandwiches where super filling, great tasting and best off all there was a great meat to salad ratio.
I’m so glad that today I decided to visit the Panini Cnr, I’ll definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu.
If your ever hungry in the balcatta area and want the homemade, fresh style sandwich that makes you want more, I highly recommend this place. There not many shops like this anymore and we should be supporting local businesses.

Not a bad word can be said about Panini, I visited mid week in the morning, and was greeted by happy, friendly staff, I ordered the "$9" Coffee & Crossiant special.
Coffee was smooth and exactly how I liked it, crossiant was fresh and cooked to perfection using quality ham & cheese.
Easily recommended.
Another place I can add to my fave's list!

Great food, coffee, and friendly staff. Happy with my first visit, and would easily visit again for lunch in the future.

Amazing! Fresh cooked chicken while you wait, beautiful roll and all well priced. The service is excellent and the staff are some of the nicest people I've met.

Came past on a whim, will definately be back!
