I have been with the Palin Street Family Practice for over 40 years. I have always been very pleased and confident with the quality of service that I receive there & feel that it is a family practice that listens to my concerns and treats accordingly. Every doctor that I have seen at the Practice are professional, caring & friendly. I would definitely recommend this Practice

They take time to listen & take exceptional care in diagnosis & treatment.
It must cost them, as there are no Porche or Range Rovers in the car park.

The reception staff were friendly. The interior of building is very old and in need of a lick of paint, the chairs in the waiting room are well worn. If you can turn a blind eye to this you'll appreciate the thorough service provided by Dr Nicolette De Zoete. I waited 30 mins longer than my scheduled appointment but Dr De Zoete apologised and it isn't uncommon for most GP clinics to run behind schedule. I was a new patient to Dr De Zoete who was very attentive, friendly and professional. I believe I've found a very good female doctor with Dr De Zoete and will return when next in need of GP medical advice:)

Dr Nicolette is by far the best Gp I have had. She is thorough, she listens, and she’s informed! Cannot fault her!
