Palace Cinemas Raine Square reviews
65Went to go see Taylor Swifts era tour movie. Arrived and starting making friendship braclets very nice! Then I hear all too well come on but I realise it is the STOLEN VERSION. I looked at everyone else around me and we were not happy about it. Please do better and play Taylor's Version next time
I enjoyed myself but felt it was overpriced. $80 for 2 tickets, 1 popcorn, Maltesers and a drink. The only difference this place had to normal cinemas was u could buy alcohol (but there's no cup holders) and recline your seat (which wasn't worth it anyway because then you can't see). It wasn't bad, but definitely not worth the price.
Great seats and plenty of room. Always a joy to see a movie here. Keep up the good work guys.
Loved our first time in the Platinum Cinemas. The staff were very helpful in guiding us through the system.
Lovely cinema experience if you want to pamper yourself with reclining couch, food brought to you and a more intimate setting with less people.
Pretty expensive tickets, but has the plus side of a bar with a variety of drinks purchasable. This is the smallest cinema room I have ever been in before. Overall good experience with every seat in the cinema able to be reclined and comfortable.
They forgot our dinner order. Extremely poor management and staff who don’t seem to understand that it’s no good if you have a beautiful cinema if you can’t deliver on basics - like a couple of burgers during a film which they somehow managed to stuff up! This place seems to be extremely poorly managed.
Nice 1st experience in this cinema. Staff were friendly. Nice popcorn. Yummy choctops. Toilets are clean enough and they give special price for parking but BEWARE.it is only for 4 hrs. If you exceed that limit, you'll pay for full price. I wish I knew about this when I watched 2 movies cos I could have driven out in between movies and come back and paid only $5 each.instead of $17. Not cool.but good to know, but I'd probably not gonna come back here anytime soon cos I have other choices of cinema closer to home with free parking. I only came here for the Japanese film festival.
This place is lovely. Even the toilets are amazing and that's saying something.
I watched a movie with popcorn and a Pepsi. Both the popcorn and Pepsi were delicious. The seats were very comfy and are adjustable so I could lean them back if I wanted to.
I highly recommend going to this place.
Once again, the Italian Film Festival was an excellent way to spend an afternoon with the family.
The cinema is small but comfortable and there’s the possibility of having a snack or a meal there. We didn’t try the food but it looked interesting.
I love this cinema for its intimate theatres, comfortable seats and generous wine servings. You can also get your parking validated for $5 which is a bonus (although don’t forget to do this after the last session in the evening as they shut the elevators & escalators down so you can’t return back up to validate your ticket if you have forgotten). I’ve given three stars today because the platinum session is not worth the money. We attended at 7pm for a 7: 30pm session and were told we could not order any substantial food (burgers/chicken) because the kitchen that supplies them was closed. We could, however, order dips/toasties/popcorn. At which point you ask why even offer platinum sessions in the evening? What is the point if you can’t order proper food? The staff did eventually accomodate us after I phoned the burger joint that supplies Palace Cinemas who confirmed their kitchen was still open for a little bit longer. Don’t bother paying for the platinum sessions in the evening if you are after something a bit more substantial than a toastie - eat somewhere close by beforehand and attend the regular sittings:)
Our booking got messed up via the bookings system but the staff were super helpful and really did well to honour it
The interior of this cinema is quite comfortable, but I feel the air conditioner is too cold and the seats are not as comfortable as in the Hoyt, but I like watching here because the location is close to my house, the sound system is quite good, I suggest to the owner of this cinema if possible the seats are replaced with reclining seats which has footrests so that the audience can lie down and are given blankets like in Hoyt
Great facilities. Need more staff on peak times over weekend. Waited 25 mins for popcorn on Sunday evening
Best cinema in Perth, really comfy seats in both standard and gold class. I really enjoy the smaller auditoriums compared to larger cinemas.
This is a pretty new cinema. Seating very comfortable. They are licensed and you can also get food to take into movies. Wine was pretty pricey per glass when we bought it.
Nice comfortable and modern Cinema.
Enjoy a glass of wine while watching your favorite Movie.will certainly be going back there!
Lovely cinema however my partner and I took our 3yr old today to see paw patrol and with a popcorn and pepsi was charged $76.00! Pretty disgusting to be honest! Would think you would discount adult prices for a kids movie!
Clean and comfortable.
Love the foreign film festivals. And so handy, right next to the station.
Small cinemas but always really well maintained. Popcorn isn't the best though, could do with more flavour, I'm not eating it for my health!
