I had quite a severe L5 disc herniation, which occurred over the Christmas break that caused debilitating pain and I was unable to move and was completely bedridden for 3 weeks. I received a cortisone injection from a radiology centre that did not provide any pain relief at all, desperate for pain relief I contacted Dr Reeza who immediately booked me in at Sir John of God Hospital (Mt Lawley) for 2 injections, caudal epidural and nerve root block, which after 24hours significantly reduced my pain allowing me to cease the opioid painkillers and start to walk and commence my rehabilitation. I would highly recommend Dr Reeza for pain management with herniated disc and sciatic pain. Thank you Dr for helping me returning to mobility.

Very disappointing experience. The doctor was friendly but not helpful for my pain at all unfortunately. They told me I had discogenic pain that would get better with time. I believed them. Well guess what, it has become so bad since I saw him (almost a year and a half) I ended up unable to leave the house and still can’t. He gave me a written note to get fish oil and tumeric. It didn’t help at all. He said he doesn’t prescribe pain medication so I didn’t get a chance to try anything that might have helped. Happy to take my money though and send me to chemist warehouse for supplements. Reception staff were friendly.
