It was a total waste of time. I had an interview with Jasper, I was full of hope and inspiration to find work, but since then I haven't heard from him. I emailed Jasper after few weeks, but he said there weren't appropriate opportunities. Till now nobody got in touch with me. I'm disappointed.

Very disappointed. Great to talk to at first but no call back and no more information about the role and no courtesy or duty of care taken to keep candidate informed regarding status of requisition.

The staff is very helpful and professional. Gemma and Fraser kept me updated on available positions and got me an offer in no time!

No ethics. Call you if you can't answer and return their call later they'll start ghosting on you instead of saying they're not interested anymore. So cheap and unethical. Not worth spending time on their website.

Like many agencies, waste your time coming in for an interview. Get told they will be in touch when an opportunity comes up. Waste time filling in forms online only for them to never call.

Previously had a good experience with Rebecca earlier in the year. Unfortunately attended an interview with Aiden this week and he made me feel so uncomfortable. I asked him to explain his question again as the way he asked was confusing and didn't make sense to me, he just looked at me in a condescending way. Told me it's a candidate flooded market and not to be disheartened if I didn't get a job before Christmas. I left feeling so deflated. I've since had three interviews with companies and all were very positive. I was offered a position after only four days of looking. I would not recommend using Aiden from a candidate point of view. I don't know how he gets any understanding of cultural fit or background when he makes you feel worthless.
