63With all the staff just hanging around chatting. Waited to long to be seated. Won't be getting my $$$$ and here is a review fit for purpose.
Best steak sandwich I've ever eaten, totally delicious. Massive portions with all dishes ordered, fast service. Friendly staff, clean and very efficient. Will definitely go back, thanks guys.
Popped over for dinner on a Thurs. Crowd started to stream in abt 7pm.
Ribs and Rump were delicious, tender, juicy not overcooked. Pasta was a disappoinment though, cream not flavorable and dry. Apple crumble.well, if you have sweet tooth, this is the go for.
Karaoke was welcoming with audience singing/ croaking along. It was a fun night and definitely will want to try the green beer soon.
Chicken Schnitzel has changed! Used to b prepared on site! Last offering looked like a Coles/Woolies Schnitzel?
Claims to be an Irish bar, but far from it!
Union Jacks flying inside, Looks like a cheap English bar
Absolute classic Joondalup institution. A home away from home for ex pat Brits as well as a spectacular place for people watching.
Wedges are top notch too!
Standard of fish and chips which was a favourite has deteriorated considerably. It was basically 3 fish fingers with chips, very disappointing indeed. My wife and I have patronised Paddy's for almost 10 years since migrating to Australia in 2009. We have tried almost every dish on the menu and have loved them all. In the past, the helping was very generous, 2 big fillets, salad and chips but last night it was disappointing below standard.
Irish themed bar. Reasonably priced drinks, sometimes run a good happy hour. Food menu is good with some variety that you don't usually see on a pub menu.
Has something changed? Been a visitor for few yrs. Tonight came in. Had booked. Sat. Waited. Got up went to bar ordered drinks. Took menu. Waited. Went to bar ordered meals. They were brought out. No conversation! Then plates collected. Did ask if it was ok. Then just walked off. No atmosphere at all. Is it now bar service only?
Food was delicious, service was great and atmosphere brilliant, live band weather wonderful perfect evening
This has become our Local, because our experience is very positive with the staff always engaging, helpful, friendly and very accommodating and the staff makes you feel very welcome. The food is always yummy and the service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere Is very relaxing without being Pretentious.
We love weekly visits and highly recommended
It's my favourite pub in Joondalup. And it couldn't be different for a Guinness lover like I am
Staff very friendly and nice.
I love the atmosphere and the music live nights, enjoying a couple of pints of Guinness.
They are having head chef issues atm. Waited nearly an hour for food when restaurant was empty and it was only 3.30pm. The one that served us wasn't very good at her job as I had to ask her for table water 3 times. I do wonder if she even remembered to put in our food order and that's why we waited so long. Food was ok.definitely had better by them. We will be waiting a few months before heading back. Hopefully by that time things will be better
Happy Hour 4pm to 5pm is great value.
Still great and a good atmosphere with the live music.
The Guinness is always spot on and I think we will try the reverred Sunday Dinner next time.
A busy Sunday session and lovely to just chillax
Ordered pasta had it before usually very nice, not today would you like oil with your pasta. Had to throw it out.
Good pub with cold beer, need to pick up their act on allowing smokers to stand at the front door, it's also time they placed a bit of effort into their wine menu, I think there was two WA wines out of 40.
Been in quite a few times now and never had a bad meal. Definitely my go to pub if I'm kicking about Joondalup
I attended a party and the finger foods were well presented and delightful. The service was excellent
The food was really fresh, the pepper calemari was excellent as was the sauce, Garlic Prawns were top notch and the fish and chips were perfect so yummy
