Watched a mate wait patiently for Jack to modify his car, he had to keep ringing as Jack never returned calls or emails. He waited for 6 months while Jack kept saying that he could do the job. In the end Jack said he couldn’t. It would have saved so much time and effort if he had've said from the start that he just can’t do it. Very hard to explain the unnecessary hardship he has caused.

Too busy to get new customers!? Rang in the morning; when went there for the job, was told they are busy and suggested me to go to another place!

Very happy with the service and result with Packard. Had my 1974 BMW brake lines and boosters completely redone and the result was better routing than the factory spec. End price was very pleasing too. Thanks to jack and all the staff involved.

Got 4 tires put on.
Years ago, some repair shop stripped one of the lug nuts in my rear tire.
I never got to fixing it.
Packard surprised me by replacing the lug nut & did not charge me for it.
