The best service you can find from my experience. The female staff at the front counter was so helpful and very friendly. I had urgent documents to be shipped to Sydney within 24 hours. She made it all possible. I was told my documents arrived the next day. Very pleased with the service! I would definitely use this outlet again.

Pack & Send we’re amazing at dealing with my unusual request and difficult deadline- they excelled at packing a birthday cake I bought and getting it to Carnarvon the next day for the birthday celebration. Mandy arranged it all with great calm and knowledge - found the right packaging & confirmed it could be done. I was very impressed with their attention to detail - even tracking the parcels journey & calling me when the parcel could not be delivered as they weren’t home & organised redelivery of the parcel when they were! The cake arrived on the day intact and ready for the celebration.

Very friendly and efficient service and will pick up your luggage as in my suitation I had sold my car and this helped very much.however this service will cost but overall they team at West Perth are very good and worth there weight in gold as with any company its biggest assets are its people and having used pack and send from other areas at various times I can't recommend the west Perth team enough and would like to say Thank you!
Ps. The remaining star wasn't given as there is always room for improvement so thus the 4 stars but there 4 genuine stars from a genuine review.

I would not use this company ever again, very poor packing, heavy stones not wrapped individually, other items wrapped in paper not bubble wrap. They charged me a small fortune $1,600.and done an poor job of wrapping and packing my artifacts. Customer beware, fair warned, I would not recommend this company. Sad and unhappy customer. Tried emailing to make contact, no response.

This was my first time sending a guft internationally for valentines day. Sent a very small package to Mexico. Cost me $140 at Pack & Send for DHL service, and then same again in taxes when it arrived? Just rediculous. Won't be sending anything to Mexico again.

Everyone was very helpful with assistance to pack items correctly and complete the required documentation for shipping. Delivery was really quick, given the current travel restrictions, my goods arrived a week to the day from sending.

I have used this company several times my parcels are always safely delivered with regular updates. I sent a mobile phone to Uk it arrived in under two weeks during covid too. Excellent service and trustworthy
