Owen at Pack and Send Welshpool is an absolute LEGEND! Friendly, efficient, and solutions focused, the whole experience was only topped by his attention to detail and high level of customer service. I sent not one, but two pallets of goods over to regional NSW, in different states of readiness when I arrived at the depot. Owen bent over backwards to help every time I turned up, and not only packed but I noticed repacked some of my items where he saw they could be better protected. As a result in two pallets, with a LOT of fragile items, there was not a single breakage. We highly recommend and my family thanks you so much Owen!

Called to discuss prior to online booking during COVID. Staff was amazing and so helpful! Continued to the Online Self Service booking. Sent a large package to Melbourne. Picked up from Home, and delivered to Melbourne, Door to Door signed! In a quicker time frame than Australia Post. Worth every cent! Package arrived quickly, safely and no damage. Will always use this company from now on. So easy and quick to do this. AND THEY PICK UP FROM HOME! Amazing!

This must be the most professional, friendly and well packed Pack and Send in Australia. Owen is extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. For a fragile object I have never seen anyone package an item as well as Owen, it arrived in perfect condition with very efficient delivery. I cannot speak higher of the professionalism and ease of dealing with Owen and his team.

This was the first time I had used Pack &Send Welshpool. The price was fair, the delivery smooth and on time but most importantly the packing of the paintings was exceptional. I will definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Helpful, friendly, with exceptional service (to UK in our experience). If it's really important to get there fast, forget Australia Post courier system, especially right now with delays due to Covid.this company use their own courier companies and live up to their promises. Do the math. We did and compared to Aus Post this service represents value for the money.
Will def use again, in fact we are going to send off another package to the UK tomorrow. Big thumbs up from us!

Service is fast, efficient, reliable and most importantly, friendly.
Our package arrived at it's destination, safe and sound and right on time (PER-MEL, sent standard on Tues, arrived Mon morning, just like Mandy said it would). Even explained which company will make the delivery at MEL end. If you're looking for someone who actually values their customers and makes you feel welcome, then these guys will take care of you 100%. I decided to use these guys purely because of their 5-Star rating here.and these reviews were bang on! This was a great service and dealt with Owen. I sent a removal size box to the Philippines and dropped it into Pack & Send on Tuesday morning around 9am. It arrived in the Philippines (Quezon City) at around 2pm on Thursday (about 53 hours transit time). My girlfriend received a sms from AIR21 who were the delivery service for UPS, they had already paid the customs duty, so my girlfriend just had to pay them on delivery. But because she had to go to the ATM to get the money out that was close to the AIR21 office so she just organised to go there. She said the people working there were very respectful in the sms and in person and very helpful. They even carried the box (around 14kg) across the highway via overpass and made sure my girlfriend and the box was secure in the trike to go home. So it was a very good service with absolutely no problems.

Just the BEST old-fashioned service! I've used Owen at Welshpool branch twice to send boxes to Brisbane, and both times he has been helpful, friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. Worth driving across the city for - or, in my case, up from the country.
