PACK & SEND Midland

I threw a big one at the guys at P&S wanting some hifi gear sent to Perth. Aaron at Midland worked with Frankston and 210kgs of speakers got to me in around 4 weeks. The gear was safely and professionally packed and delivered to my place undamaged. Great communications and easy to deal with. I highly recommend these guys for your freight needs.

Recently had 2 occasions to send Christmas parcels to Melbourne with Pack & Send Midland and was delighted with the experience. Both times the
parcels were delivered on time with a minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend this very professional company.

Appalling service, tried getting quotes through email, the Canberra branch responded to 1 email in 1 week. Tried over the phone in Midland, unprofessional, no knowledge on their shipping policies, put me on hold then just hanged up. Never again and will make sure to tell all friends to stay away.

Highly recommend Aaron! We moved from Australia to New Zealand and him and his team are definitely the go to people if you want a company who knows what they’re doing. He made sure all our boxes were well secured. He explained all the information we needed to know clearly. He was also very patient with us as it was our first time moving boxes across the Tasman. Could not believe the outstanding service and delivery during covid. A parcel was sent to Tallinn, Estonia from Perth on Friday 31st July and arrived Tallinn on 4th August. Brilliant.

It is so easy dealing with Aaron and his team. They help you pack it all up nicely and give excellent advice on whether you need insurance and the cost is really surprisingly reasonable. They are patient with all enquiries and updates and very friendly. People with integrity will always win back their customers.

I’m glad someone put me on to Aaron at Pack n Send Midland when I had to import some car parts. I had no idea how it all worked but Aaron handled it very efficiently at a cost that I thought was quite reasonable.

I purchased a bike frame from WA the seller dropped it off at Midvale on Friday. I could not believe it was on my doorstep in Box Hill Victoria on Monday afternoon! Apart from amazingly fast delivery the packing job was perfect, I could not have done better myself. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I sent a large heavy toolbox and large tv and a few boxes back to the uk. They picked up the very next morning. And also put on a pallet for me Whilst other companies would not offer this service. Cheapest around.fantastic friendly fast easy service. Definitely recommend.

I arranged Pack and Send to receive a large telescope from a seller and send it to Canberra for me. It all went without a hitch, helped along with great communication and service from Aaron and Gail.

I had a shipment from Victoria coming in to Midland and did not know when it would arrive. Aaron was so kind enough to find out where exactly it is and how long it would approximately take. So friendly and so kind, they deserve ever possible high rating. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10.:)
