These guys were life savers getting our luggage from Perth to Melbourne! The believe it’s under new management and after looking everywhere online for this service, these guys gave the best price and were efficient and professional

Under new management. Staff in the office were great to deal with.
Our packages arrived a couple of days later than expected and 2 out of 3 were open and some paperwork was wet. We were told all boxes would be taped up securely but they weren't. A bit disappointing considering the amount we paid for having them sent.

Sam was very communicative and helpful in helping freight a delicate item from Perth to Melbourne. He explained the best type of frieght option and explained why that type of service was appropriate for this job. The price was very reasonable and my delivery was made in just over a week. Good stuff, recommended!

Under 'new management', Sam and his team were FANTASTIC! Had a parcel imported from South Africa, I was sceptical about the safety of the parcel but Sam assured me that all will be fine. Quote was very reasonable, easy to communicate with, prompt service all round, reliable information with easy tracking & expectancy of delivery was 7 days but it arrived in 6. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any courier requirements.

We used Pack & Send in Joondalup to send some critical legal documentation back to the UK. The service was very professional and efficient when booking the package in and we were able to track the packages progress through a website. Sam from Pack and Send even called us confirming the package had been delivered to the London address inside 3.5 days. An amazing service and a very good price for what we got. We will definitely be using them again to track and trace important packages. We were a little confused by previous bad reviews, but Sam has clarified that the business has recently been bought by him and is therefore under new management. So don't let these old reviews put you off. Pack and Send in Joondalup is the real deal and we will be back for sure. Thank you Sam for doing such a great job and keep up the good work!

Worse customer services ever! One of the receptionist was being rude and raising her voice towards to me and her colleagues while I’m trying to ask for help

Absolutely shocking services - Which has now resulted in the seller and myself having a falling out and the seller dumping my goods on the road side. Despite email confirmations that deliver y was possible it turns out it never was all along and the seller of the goods is now blaming myself for this lack of professionalism, despite photos being sent which clearly showed the size of the item. If I could score a Zero I would - Not happy at all! Ive just had a guy from air tasker, which I was very concerned about as having never used them before but he is collecting tomorrow - Ill will comment on how they go but I feel they would have been better from the start - Jo

It's a bit of a weird set up, inside the storage business. You have to wait at the gate with your car, let them buzz you in

Once in there, they manage to get the job done for you.
