Outstanding service and prompt communication by James at the East Perth branch. Got my passport sent over east and back fast easy and hassle free.

I’ve done a comparison of pricing to send urgent documents. Cost wise, their pricing was $42.00 more than another outlet nearby. If you are frugal like me, I’d probably check around other outlets before hand.

James was extremely helpful with getting a package picked up for us from regional WA and having it shipped to Woodside SA. Quoting us a very reasonable price. Received very quickly. Had contacted a couple of bigger companies who wouldn't help us unless we set up an account and spent $2,000 a month. Highly recommend.

Due to virus fears the cruise line tossed all passengers off the ship in Australia and sent them to their home countries. We had a lot of luggage and could not fly it to New York City. I was able to find and reach out to PACK&SEND where Ray Wilson set up every part of the shipping process for us. When we were notified to its arrival we found our luggage pallet intact and our luggage in its original condition. Shipping does take some time so we learned to be more patient. A few people must think that I am exaggerating and over the top, but when you deal with people who are honest, so genuinely helpful, and do not take advantage of your situation, then that is truely amazing.especially in these times. I was doing this for some dear helpless friends of ours in DARWIN who were just stressed as those passports were needed for travel in another fours days. Very good customer service, they take great care of your package and make sure is delivered undamaged. Sent my cpu and monitor from Perth to Melbourne, items are protected by multiple layers of bubble wrap protectors when they arrived. Reasonable price too

I would absolutely recommend this service! I spoke with Ray who was very personable and helped me ship a fragile tempered glass gas cooktop all the way from Perth to Melbourne in one piece!

I have been using this Pack and Send centre on numerous occasions. Fair price and most importantly extremely careful bubble wrapped and extra heavy carton for interstate delivery. Always arrived timely and in perfect condition.

A couple of minor considerations for continuous improvement - may want to use a coloured tape for ease of distinction from the bubble wrap (currently both clear colour) for unwrapping - thus allow reusing of the bubble wrap.
May want to consider medium (cartoon currently extra heavy density/duty) for ease of unboxing. Extra efforts to cut box to smaller size to fit in the recycle bin. Allow customer to choose box density.win win and reduce cost and may be friendlier to handle. Thanks.
