Highly recommend the team at Pack & Send Canning Vale! From the very beginning when I walked in with a whole bunch of questions (two months before I actually sent my consignment to Europe), the team helped me out. They explained everything, provided me with options and boxes. I had a family member manage the actual consignment as I departed Australia before sending it and this was not a problem for Pack & Send, which helped immensely. The pick-up service was great, quick and careful. The boxes arrived in the timeframe Pack & Send advised which was unexpected! Grateful they use DHL as the courier as the DHL customer service in Europe was fantastic too.

Very bad service only one person serving after half an hour only I could ask for packaging I did pay but only after 3 days my parcel wS not ready to collect must have more people serving

We dealt with 3 guys down at the shop, Tony and two guys called Mike. Every single phone call, email and personal interaction was easy, informative and helpful.
We had originally reached out to them when a package we sent through Ozzie Post to Kalbarri had been lost, and I replaced the contents and resent it via Pack n Send. It arrived safely the following day. The AusPost package was never found and I was never compensated.
When we decided to relocate from Perth to Chile, we thought we would go through a major removalist, but after a couple of quotes, decided that was out of the question. We came to P&S and their team was once again helpful and their pricing more than fair.
We have since arrived in Chile, and we have had issues with the local company. However, even though it's no longer part of their responsibility, the guys at P&S have continued to help us with contact information and advice.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. A truly wonderful team and exceptional customer service.

Spoke with Tony over the phone to receive quote and when I went in to drop off freight Tony was extremely helpful and gave honest and all information he could. Also follow up emails after I had left to ensure tax wasn’t paid on my goods as I was taking goods home again after travelling. Tony provided good information for the international freight of my goods and they arrived 2 days before my arrival but as the goods and my arrival were through the same airport had there been any issues I could’ve dropped into the local office to sort out.

I had valuable Australian painting to send to Sydney and took it to PACK & SEND in Willetton on Wednesday at midday.
Tony served me and right from my first question I felt confident and very happy with him. His advice on Insurance was great and even advised me that because of the value involved it may take a couple of days to hear back from the Insurance Company with approval, and also transport was a little unreliable at the present, even for the Express service. Tony thought delivery would probably be Monday or Tuesday or the following week, but not his fault at all.
I decided to send it EXPRESS, and to my surprise received an email from Cooee Art in Sydney telling me it had arrived Thursday, the next morning, totally safe and sound and very well packaged.
Thanks Tony, you were great and would not hesitate to use you again for anything I have to send.

Just wanna say a big thanks to Tony. Went out of his way to suggest ways to reduce the cost. Once he sent the cargo arrived in 6 days, Perth to Port Moresby.

Tony and his team were great in getting our road & mountain bikes safe & sound from Perth to Spain earlier this year. Tony was always quick in responding to our questions or changes (if we had any). Pick-up of the boxes at our house was on time and super efficient. The process of doing a final check of our four relatively large cardboard boxes at Pack&Send premises was again super easy with Tony there all the way. We hit a few hurdles with the delivery to Spain (mainly due to Spanish customs) but in the end a very happy customer with no damage whatsoever to the bikes. Would highly recommend Tony & his team for a top-notch customer service from a small, cost-competitive and 100% dedicated team from start to end!

Timely package pick up and shipping considering I had to do it all around Christmas. I had issues with customs but I imagine thats more a reflection of Irish customs and DHL than of Pack & Send. Ultimately my goods arrived safely and thats all I can really ask for.

We recently had a crate of our belongings sent to the UK. Tony Ong went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. It left Perth on Friday and arrived at our home in England 3 days later. Everything was in perfect order, he even had the crate wrapped and protected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great service from a capable and honest company.

Pack and send is an amazing business centred around customer service. The quality of professionalism and service displayed by Tony the store manager at the Wiletton Pack and Send store, was second to none. He was very responsive, catering for every demand and detail. I would recommend this service to anyone shipping goods interstate as there is no job to big or small at a very responsible rate.
