PACK & SEND Bunbury

Had an old stereo I needed shipped from WA to Vic. They came and picked it up, wrapped and boxed it for me and send saving me alot of time and hassle. Would recommend and was decent price too. Awesome company and very friendly

Poor communication, lots of back and forward, confusion and mixed messages between pack and send staff, freight providers and myself. My package was delivered for the quoted price but the process was far from simple. In future I will take my business elsewhere.

The friendliness and efficiency of the owners and staff was amazing. They helped me navigate the process of sending my personal effects internationally, and it was at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for your shipping needs.

Service was great. Service person was very helpful. Suggest calling first before going to the store due operating hours will be dependent on staff for that day.

I took a photo and measurements into P&S Bunbury, WA office and obtained a quote. When I returned with “THE PROPHET” they remeasured the wooden sculpture and adjusted the quote downward.
Having had the pleasure of house minding the sculpture for over 40 years, we were returning it to the sculptor, my brother Larry who lives in Canada.
Larry had owned an art gallery for 25 years on Vancouver Island and was concerned about how the sculpture would be packed and the condition at journey end.
His response on the THE PROPHET’S arrival was full of praise for the packaging, its style and the method used to pack and secure.
This has been the second occasion I have used Pack & Send. I was very happy with the first occasion, but totally over the moon with my second. Excellent customer service.

Surprised at the cost to get a parcel delivered to Perth and a return. 3 kg parcel (surf board cover) was priced at over $400.
Went else where for $46.00 total cost

Very happy and no damage to panels.bunbury to Sydney in 5 days.
Multiple large car panels delivered to pack & send depot.they wrapped, stacked and strapped on a pallet.
I don't know of another VERY EASY solution that can get multiple large car panels safely packaged and delivered over the phone from 4,000 klm's away.

My 10 yo son conducted a "footy boot" drive to collect old or unused football boots and send them to remote WA communities. The drive was an outstanding success but we were left wondering how we were going to get the donated items out to the communities. One phone call to Jody at Pack & Send Bunbury and we were all sorted. Not only was this service pleasant and easy, the items arrived in amazingly fast time and Jody even generously absorbed the freight cost as his contribution to the cause. What a legend. If you need to send anything anywhere, this really is the place you need to go, cannot recommend highly enough.

They definitely will charge a premium for the service - and you can find better solutions. I was quoted over $50 per small parcel to the U. S.to make it "worth their while", whilst through another international service I have only been charged less than $13. That's a whopping difference - was not impressed and won't ever be back.

Excellent service! They provided a quote over the phone, picked up the item and delivered to the east coast on time. A small item had received some damage which the Bunbury office immediately resolved with only a single phone call and an email. Thank you for your service:)
