PACK & SEND Bibra Lake

Have used the team at Bibra Lake twice in the last month and I cannot recommend them more highly. They went above and beyond on both occasions overcoming several challenges to get both parcels delivered in a timely and professional manner. My sincere thanks go the Amber and Storm.

Amber was very helpful with a relatively tricky package. She went out of her way to ensure it was all packed safely, and helped me ensure the package was sent when I wanted it to leave the depot. Very clear and quick communications. I would use again and if you're wondering whether to use them - the answer is yes.

I bid and won something at Grays Auctions in Western Australia.
I immediately thought pack and send would be the obvious choice.
I was quickly quoted by Amber E, and accepted the quote, sent through necessary paperwork, pickup was facilitated, packed, picked up, and delivered from Western Australia to Townsville North Queensland in under 24 hours!
Yes, I initiated the pickup, and had it opposite side of Australia in under a day!

We sent a parcel to Ireland Monday lunch time with Pack & Send Bibra Lake and it was delivered on Wednesday. Remarkably efficient service and very helpful and friendly staff to deal with.

Some of the worst customer service i have ever received. The guy rocked up and was extremely rude, i told him what needed to be packed and he told me it was still set up.well thats his job to pack it up? Pulled all the computer cords out in anger and shoved it in the back of the truck didn't even put it in a box. Absolute terrible experience. Some of the worst customer service i have ever received. Will never use again

Charged me 200$ for securing my parcel (an expensive musical instrument) with foam but when its arrived, there was not any foam at all and my musical instrument damaged.they just wrap it in a cover and thats it.the guy there even didnt come forward to talk and just sent one of his staff who didnt know anything about the business, comepletely unproffesional.please go to another center

They knew they had me over a barrel withg a pick-up from Grays Online so charged me triple. I accpet the packaging cost, but the rest was just rorting given the only extra task was to print labels.

The team at Pack & Send Bibra Lake was absolutely wonderful. I could only use email communication and was worried that would result in miscommunications, but they were incredibly helpful and helped me re-pack to ensure I got the items I needed. Moreover, the team was very patient and helped me navigate custom clearance and additional paperwork. They were also really efficient and responsive. Overall a great experience:)

Storm and Amber organised a valuable personal delivery for me. Got a quote immediately, picked up from a commercial shop in Coolbellup WA the day I confirmed the details, delivered to Randwick NSW the day after. Picked up calls and responded to emails and panicky questions straight away. They were awesome.

I found the sales staff to be helpful and I appreciated the follow ups, I also appreciated the communication and assistance of the delivery truck driver. I just have two grievances with the process.
1) Unfortunately one of our boxes had to be repacked at an additional cost as it was too heavy, we weren't initially made aware that the box weight may be an issue despite letting the sales staff know that I wasn't aware of the exact weight but I did give the box dimensions. I appreciated that pack and send assisted us in having special boxes made for us but I would have appreciated being made aware that there was a box weight limit as I would have been able to weigh the box myself and save the just over $200 for the repackaging.
2) My other grievance is that half of the tea cups from my grandmother's bequeathed tea set as well as a plant pot were shattered, both were in the same box. I had packed both very well in bubble wrap and the tea cups were in a hard case retro suitcase, packed tightly to avoid breakage (only broken cups pictured). In the picture you'll see the pot is badly shattered, I can't say for sure but in my opinion this could have only happened from a dropped box. My husband is now having issues with his pc which was in a different box but in the box that had to be repacked. The LEDs are flashing and the components seem to be working intermittently.
Overall it was a pleasant experience but I'm quite sad about the irreplaceable broken items.

Put out a search request to ship household goods from two addresses in WA to Regional NSW, Pack & Send Bibra Lake responded, were fast to collect goods, combine onto one pallet and ship to us quickly, everything arrived in perfect order.
