PACK & SEND Balcatta

Broke my pc tempered glass and shattered all the glass through the components. I was told it was claimable and so I saved up money to replace and fill out forms. I was just now told it had to be within 7 days, I was not told this from the start I feel I have been used by this company. Never again. You utter filth, I was not even given a proof of delivery document and told over the phone it should be claimable. I hope your company goes down the toilet.

You need to update your Saturday opening hours so you’re not wasting potential customer’s time

Due to Covid pandemic, all the work places running behind. I had to send my passport documents to Canberra and returned to Perth in urgent. I talked Australian post and they advised that the documents take minimum 10 working days to send and return. As I need with in a week, I called Pack and send in Balcata and asked for help. The store manager (Mark) gave me the hope and I gave my documents to him to send and return back. He used Startrac express service and time to time traced the documents. Whenever he found documents not moving or not delivering he called or emailed them. I got my documents on time because of his great service otherwise I would miss my flight. I am really happy and grateful for his service.

Awesome, awesome service! I went to their Shop first and asked for a quote, which I was given immediately + how long it would take to send something to Switzerland and all other relevant information.
Then, sending of the parcel was without a problem as well, I got a tracking number too and the parcel was there in 6 days! I can't recommend Pack&Send enough and will certainly use it again for sure!

I have used Pack and Send Balcatta many times to send packages to South Africa. They are always friendly and efficient. My packages always arrive safe and sound and quite quickly. They will continue to be my go-to courier service.

Package delivered to unknown person, cannot get a explanation from the Delivery Company, how this happened. I am constantly making contact with this company to find out what they are doing to rectify this issue. They need to be keeping me informed, not be me chasing them up all the time. Someone else has now got the benefit of these Christmas, which was for my family. I am so disappointed and very upset about this issue and will not be using this company ever again.
