Absolutely appalling service - engine warning light on the vehicle has already been diagnosed by my own independent mechanic, and Paceway / North City want to charge in excess of $600 to run their own diagnostics, as they "don't trust what my mechanic has done".

When I queried the cost, and said it was OK I would not proceed, to top it all off they laughed at me on the phone.

Had my car serviced the other day and penny was amazing and very helpful and communication was fantastic at every step of the way thank you again for your service.

Absolute rip off! Put my car in for service and tried to say things were wrong with the vehicle which were completely fine to get money! Ridiculous pricing i have fixed service price of $300 they tried to charge just under $2000 for a service. The lady at reception did not greet nor my mother and just wanted the money from us so awful after a long day at work and you go to pick up your car from a service centre. Absolutely horrifying experience!

First time customer to get some repairs. Penny kept me informed of repairs needed, costs and estimated time to complete repairs. Penny was very approachable and friendly. She is an asset to Paceway.

I need a car urgently but it takes few months to get. However, with the help of Mr. Glenn, I got within a month. Mr. Glenn is exceptionally great dealer in any ways to fulfilled our need. Thereafter, I recommend my friend and his car will be deliver within a month again. With this, I highly recommend any interested buyer to directly meet/contact Mr. Glenn for any assistance and he will be there just for you.

I got my car serviced here and was given an absolute run around. Impossible to contact them - they simply don't answer the phones. Had no idea what was going on with my car during service. Just got texts for thousands of dollars of extra work with no courtesy call to explain any of it. And then a text the next day to say it was ready to pick up. I have subsequently found out that RAC service centres charge less than half what these guys do for transmission flush and brake pad and disc changes. Insane. Suffice to say I will not be using Paceway again, and advise you to be VERY cautious when using their servicing section. Unless of course you want to pay ludicrous amounts of money on your car. Stay clear. You've been warned.
