We had ozi appliances recommended to us by jb hi fi go service/fix our Beko Dryer

We had a technician come out who barely spoke English and told us that that two parts had to be replaced

We waited three weeks for the parts and the same technician to come back and complete the job, he told us our dryer was working, only for us to find out it wasn’t working when we went to use it right after.

We then got told we were getting quoted for more work because in the original quote it stated once parts have been put more diagnostics can be complete once the dryer was operational.

We got left with a dryer that didn’t work but we were somehow being quoted for more work even though we got told it was working

Two more technicians came out and found the problem straight away, we were told it would be more money to fix it, and end up being close to the cost of a new dryer after all the oarts were replaced and laboured was completed.we decided against more work and they took the parts they put in the previous day so we could be refunded for the parts.

We were refunded for the labour and parts but still charged for the original diagnostics which was frustrating because it feels like it was a waste of time and got no information or reasonable solution

It was not an enjoyable experience dealing with ozi appliances especially the technician we had, my wife and I feel like we were deceived. The most upsetting thing is we wanted to fix our dryer and now we have been left with a dryer that does not work at all, missing pieces it originally had and took nearly 4 weeks to get to where we are now which is where we before engaging Ozi Appliances.

Do not recommend.

Technician George identified the issue with my machine over the phone circumventing the need for a service callout. George went over and above what was needed to assist which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

LG some what unexpectedly agreed to repair my TV many years out of warranty. They contracted Ozi Appliances. The lass there communicated by email first introducing her company as the repairer and later proactive keeping me informed of progress getting parts. She went out of her way to accommodate arranging a suitable time. The techs arrived when they said they would, even calling 30 minutes before hand to confirm their arrival. Their vehicle was new or at least in very good condition. The technicians were careful and had good customer skills. The screen change required more than a basic skill set and took about an hour. Before leaving they made sure the machine was functioning as I had it set up prior to the repair. My experience was very good indeed. Thanks

LG referred this company to repair our fridge water not dispensing. Such poor service. This company hires a so call technician (who does not speak much English) spent 5min look at the back of fridge and said he will need to order parts and walk off with no explanation of the issue. I got a text to pay $145 to a bank account (no tax invoice) after i call to ask what’s the issue re order parts.

This company never report back as to what’s the issue. After paying, never hear from them again. I will call LG and report this company not reliable and poor service.
Never had such a low quality service in Australia.

Got sent these cowboys by LG, after a month of waiting we called to ask when they were coming out, got told part has arrived and they will be out in 2 weeks.
Cowboy finally arrives, with no part? Then copies a video on youtube on how to fix the dishwasher.dishwasher is now on a cycle, i have a feeling I'll be calling them back.

As suspected, the dishwasher is still broken and another call had to be made!
Coming out again tomorrow, if still not fixed I'll be putting a complaint to LG

Good knowledge, polite and professional people. Purchased part for my fridge. Parts was identical what i wanted. Will always purchase here and will highly recommend

Easy to deal with and sent a technician the next day to attend to a damaged fridge. Fixed the problem on the spot and processed the paperwork immediately. No mess, no fuss service.

I don't feel any joy in leaving a negative review but without a doubt Ozi Appliances are possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Unprofessional, zero customer service skills, they are given work by appliance manufacturers who do not quality control check them. This breeds a poor attitude and a could not care less work ethic. Avoid them at all costs if you can. They would excel working in a circus as they certainly are the best bunch of clowns I have ever had the misfortune to deal with

Unfortunately had to use this company as it was in relation to a repair to an LG washing machine under extended warranty. Our claim went in and was accepted in November 2022 and it took until 10/1/2023 for a technician to come out. They advised they wanted to get parts in stock first, without even looking at the appliance and ascertaining the fault. Lo and behold when they did come out on 10/1/23, they did not have the necessary part available, and advised they would have to send for it from LG.the technician made a temporary repair as I said I could not wait for another month to be able to use the washer. In the process, the technician did not connect the hoses under the laundry sink correctly and I now have a further leak under my sink which they refuse to come out and deal with - until the necessary parts are received to fix the washer!

This company came to repair my washing machine with LG tried to make out that the filter was blocked and it was my fault. The engineer held a metal circular trim in his hand and said it was not a manufacturing issue when I looked up the most common issues with LG machines. It clearly said that the metal seal breaks so it’s clearly a manufacturers issue not mine. They tried to charge me money saying it’s my fault $145 I said I would not pay it. I’m now fighting IG to get my money back for the machine. I don’t want to have a company at cons people. This is absolutely bloody disgusting in my books. I’m going to consumer affairs if it’s not sorted very quickly this company are scammers

Very disappointing experience. They're quick to come out, but very slow in getting the job done. They don't respond to e-mails or to messages which causes great frustration. The lack of professionalism and email etiquette is enough to recommend you go elsewhere.

I was referred to this company by LG as my washing machine would not use hot water on a tub clean. They were prepared to come out, but warned me that they thought my machine only used cold water in a tub clean. It seems stupid, but I did my homework with LG and they confirmed that these people were correct for my model. I was disappointed in the service from LG as I could’ve been liable for a callout fee if I wasn’t warned in advance by oziappliances. I had good SMSs as communication and follow-up by phone call from them. Glad they warned me

Hands down the worst business I’ve dealt with. Why LG uses these amateurs beggars belief… but then LG aren’t much better I guess! If LG sends you here for a repair ask for a different repairer…

They looked at TV told me it was aerial charged me $169 for nothing. 1 hour later Jim's TV came out nothing is wrong with aerial TV needed new cables which they replaced & TV fixed. Zero star rating

Absolute waste of money, i was charged $132 for a 5 minute inspection only to be contacted nearly a week later and told that my TV can't be repaired.you are honestly better off throwing away whatever faulty appliance you have and buying a brand new one. It's crazy that i pay less for a 30 minute consultation with my GP.

Terrible service from these people, A technician came to inspect my tv last Friday in which the call out fee itself is absurd where i paid $132 just for a 2 minute inspection. The technician explained that my TV repair will be 'expensive' however i did my research and found that he was most likely lying. The technician clearly stated that i would be getting a quote on the same afternoon. Its been 5 days, i even emailed them 2 days ago but they said they are still working on my quote. In all honestly i think this is some kind of fraudulent activity that they are doing where they charge an insane $132 just for a 2 min inspection when they probably already know before coming that they won't be able to fix it or they can't be bothered, so they hope to stall with giving a quote in the hopes of customers to forget about it and move on to another service provider, which leaves them $132 richer without having to lift a single finger, on the other hand i believe when they do give quotes they probably heavily overprice them in the hopes that the customer will not go through with the service.and yet again they will be $132 richer without lifting a finger. I will try to possibly ask for a refund if they still don't give me a quote.if this doesn't succeed then this will have to be reported to the police for possible fraudulent activities as this company needs a heavy inspection. Anyone looking to do business with this company i advise you PLEASE DO NOT! Its a bloody scam.

Do not ever use this company, very unethical & rude. I have specifically told him if you cant find fault or give me quote i will not pay call out. Guy came to my house and told me to pay call out fee and then he will give me a quote. I even agreed to pay advance money if he can tell me specifically quote price, however, this guy keep denying until I pay call out. Basically, they just want to charge call out and never see us again as they cant fix job.
