Great customer service and unbeatable prices! We are very happy with our couch and my parents outdoor setting. Both feel like top quality.

Went to buy outdoor furniture but unfortunately couldn’t get ANY service. Two men were watching us but wouldn’t speak to us or offer a hand so we left. Will never go back, it was the most uncomfortable experience being watched like a hawk with zero words spoken

Response to owner - whilst I agree people like their space, we were not acknowledged or greeted. We were just stared down.

We purchased a Queen bed frame and pillow top mattress and are very happy with the quality of both purchased. Bed is nice and solid construction. Customer service was excellent and helpful, not pushy and knowledge of the products in particular the mattresses was 100 percent. Our delivery was the following day with a phone call made to say they were on their way. Thank you for making our shop nothing but what it should be, professional and enjoyable.

Big 5 stars to you guys, was looking for a marri tv unit that suited my expectations and found the perfect piece in the monte. Great honest service and price at the store, to the next day awesome delivery even putting it in place and setting up my TV on top in the perfect position then taking the packaging away. It has been a pleasure dealing with Bhavesh. We bought two Marri items from him, one was a TV stand which we got immediately and the other was a coffee table which we ordered and were meant to receive it in a months time. Due to Covid 19 our table was delayed by two months and Bhavesh advised us of the delay and offered to cancel our order and give us back our deposit. We decided to continue with our order and the table was further delayed by a month but again Bhavesh kept us updated and a month later we have received our table and we couldn’t be happier. The table is solid and beautiful. The whole process from beginning to end was nothing but professional. Bhavesh is extremely honest and helpful. I came in today to buy a new Queen size mattress Based off Facebook.i was met by Bhuavesh polite guy not pushy left us to try and decide what we liked, and was Present to answer any questions we had. We walked out with a new mattress for a great price and Affordable delivery. I recommend this business.

Not happy with the service received today. Wouldn’t include warranty to couch because of size of me. To me this is discrimination but Harvey Norman etc will sell the same styles etc. You are in Australia not India mate. It is just plain rude

Was going to buy a lounge suite but he said wouldnt be covered by warranty basically because i was too big. To think you are the only person in Australia that has ever done this it is very rude, not everyone is skinny.
When i go to other stores they arent rude like you mate. You might need to do training in customer service and then get back to me!

We bought a leather suite with electric recliner and chase, not only does it look amazing the quality of the leather is superb and the comfort superior, this suite was half the cost of others we have looked at and double the quality. Thankyou

We recently bought a new table for our showroom, customer service was flawless and prompt delivery and setup, including a phone call 1 hour before delivery which we did not expect. Selection of furniture at the warehouse was exactly what we were looking for and after searching several places this business was one of the most competitive pricing in Perth.

Nice furniture, very reasonably priced. So much cheaper than the bigger retail stores. Sometimes deliver on the same day! Awesome marri timber range.
