7 Same day consolidation and procedure. Very well done happy with it all, yes had to pay the $1000+ upfront but the receptionist put it all through to Medicare there and then thank you for that.

I have been shocked at some of the reviews, I have been seeing Dr Yee Tai for several years and had procedures done at OXFORD DAY SURGERY and have NEVER had a bad experience with DR OR STAFF, Everyone has been fantastic
If you want a positive and easy experience go to Southbank Day Surgery instead. Oxford would not bill my private health fund directly because it is not one they work with often so now I have to pay upfront and go through the hassle of submitting claims to my insurance. They also can't guarantee when I will get the coding form to submit to my health fund so I don't know when I will receive my money back. I asked their senior leadership to look into this and I didn't even receive the courtesy of a response. Southbank billed the same health fund a few months ago with no issues and is much more helpful for patients. Go there instead. The doctors at Oxford are wonderful but the hospital's financial policies are not focused on patients at all.
Oxford Day Surgery went above and beyond to look after me today, from start to finish it all ran smoothly and was straight forward. Dr Amit Verma was wonderful from the very 1st consultation and made me feel comfortable during the surgery. I couldn't fault the nursing team or any staff member. All were friendly and professional. Thank you!
I had my vasectomy there, the doctor and staff were all fantastic.it was much less scary than I thought! Highly recommended
