Outback Jacks Northbridge - Australian Steak House

If you into the exotic food of Australian, go check out this restaurant. Food is a bit pricey but if you interested in kangaroo and crocodile meats, this place has it.

Delicious dinner with friends. We weren't sure where we going to eat and didn't have a booking. Our waitress was accommodating and friendly. We had a booth, which left us with plenty of room to move. Meals and drinks came out quickly and were delicious.

I've been 2 times already and will come back. Food is good and tasty and it's always a big portion served. Place is nice and cozy and people working there are very friendly. Overall good price.

Loved the meat, the quality and the way it was cooked. The restaurant was clean and the staff was ready to rock and roll. The consideration from the staff to let us have time to decide and give us the menu from memory was excellent. The experience was fun and worth the price we paid. Thanks for a great time outback Jacks. I will be back for the challenge and the great beef.

Me and my brother went and have lunch at this place and we were both disappointed. We ordered sparrow rump steak and angus porter house steak. Very dry. Unseasoned. Will never go back again. For the price we pay it is not even worth it.

I been coming here for 15 years my kids love the place too they are adults now and still join me here, such a Great place for a descent steak with loads of extras and great customer service and they also have a great kids menu and cater for all your cuisine needs including crocodile, Emu, and kangaroo. Ps the Ribs are amazing but messy but soo worth it.

Seriously serving pre-prepared mash (it's lumpy but they called it creamy) that had been refrigerated and then partially reheated as an extra charge

An unknown Kids play ground was GREAT, the food was delicious and the wonderful lady that greeted us when we arrived was an absolute delight, making lunch a perfect success, I'm so glad she was there she really made all the difference to our lunch date

Steak is always perfectly cooked. Vege were a little soft for myself but overall a pretty decent experience. Need to head back to try the pecan pie and the sticky date!

Went for dinner, quiet Saturday night, staff welcomming and friendly. I had the fillet steak, my better half the pork ribs. Both were ok not outstanding, both came with chips which were over fried and probably twice cooked, salad was a awash with dressing and not very good in sense the leaves were wilted. I feel for the price we paid they need to pay attention to lifting there game. Im not sure i would go back.

Half a rack of ribs set me back $42 which wasn't a good start.
The chips were cold and chewy
I usually wouldn't complain, but the taste reminded me of dog food.
I ended up getting the $11 ribs from Woolies, THOSE were great, don't go here. So overpriced, so average.

Our favourite place for a great steak dinner. We have been several times and it's the best steak in Perth. Definitely worth the drive every time?

Improved a lot since its downfall a couple years ago or more - when we visited our kids really enjoyed their meal and we did too. Its great to see staff were very kind to help us choosing and they were super friendly too. Definitely will be going back again - I suppose outback jacks needs a bit improvement in the interior side of things but overall a great dining experience.

Awesome customer service! Delicious spearmint milkshakes and the scotch fillet steak was fantastic! Pricing is pretty similar to other steak serving places but it had the chips and a good sized garden salad which some places I’ve been to don’t include. Would definitely come back!

Meh.i can use bottled caesar sauce from home on my salad.decor was out dated no atmosphere.food was ok but i wanna go out for dinner thats nothing like food i cook at home

Had the smallest cut of steak, i was extreme disappointed in that, it litrally took 3 slices and the steak was gone.it was smaller then the palm of my hand, as my hand was the tiniest on the table.i had to order another plate of steak only because they wouldnt serve me another steak and had to pay for another whole new meal in order to get the expectation cut of steak.
. 90$ for 2 steaks.definitely wont be returning back to this place.couldve atleast made that small steak mouth watering.dont recommend ordering steak from here, anything else maybe tho

Ordered two steak meals with drinks. Drinks were nice, staffs were very friendly, but the steaks were pretty pricey so we had some expectations.
It was our first time here, Ordered as medium rare, but one of them came out as overcooked. Had to ask for another one, waited 10mins or so, got new one but the taste was awful. It mentions on the menu as “certified wagyu porterhouse” but the meat was dry, very low quality, and it was very hard to chew. Tried one bite, just spitted out on the tissue. Cuz I could not CHEW on it. Tasted like dry rubber. Cheap woolworths beef would taste much better than this. Tried many wagyu beefs before, but none tasted like this, so it is very hard to believe that’s actually “wagyu”. If you need to use low quality beef, you need to lower your price down.

This is the first time I review a restaurant, and I'm only doing this to help people who have an allergy issues to avoid this place. I went in to enjoy a lunch special steak. I made a specific request to have no salt on the meal as I have allergies to excess salt.

Part way through my steak, all I could taste was salt. I then had to drink nearly 2 litters of water to try and remove the excess sodium from my body. I spoke with the manager who wouldn't check the cctv from the kitchen and simply told me that the docket said no salt therefore she assumed the kitchen complied.

Do not visit this place if you have any allergies, the staff are spiteful if you do not spend ridiculous amounts of money on the menu and try ordering of the lunch specials. I am waiting for a reply from the owner who the manager said will call me after reviewing the cctv from the kitchen.
