We were excited to buy a massage chair and had tried one out, we got up wanting to chat and know more but the staff member got a phone call on his personal phone, answered it and left us not interested in purchasing. Customer service was not good and turned us away from purchasing. We walked away and took our interest elsewhere.

Bought a gaming chair from Osim, got it in two days. Tell my friend to buy another on 5th May, been told will receive in around two weeks. It two months now, send an email request, no response, call the center， get none info, go to the store, can t get a date, cant do a refund through the store. The Chair is not bad, but not worth wait for two or maybe more. Do not expect they will let you know your chair won't be coming.

The uJolly portable back and shoulder massager gives a surprisingly solid massage. Would highly recommend for anyone as its only at 1/10th of the price of a full massage chair.
