We have used the Oscar Pos system for the past 10 years. Having been located across the country in New South Wales and Oscar Pos being located in Western Australia thier team provide excellent support remotely and can remotely access our system 24/7
They are contactable 24–7 and have provided us ongoing support through our with changes/ upgrades / breakdowns and technical troubleshooting. We will be using them for many years to come

Absolute rubbish service. The only member who knows the job is Tim. But other than that the customer service is just so bad. They have no manners to talk to the customers, the accounting system is a joke, and there is no support if you need any in absence of Tim. The system stops while serving the customers.

OscarPOS is affordable, works in a cloud, so I can check what is going on anytime, anywhere. We use it in a restaurant in Newtown, sydney (Exotik), and for us it was not affordable to have waiter tablets before oscarpos, however now we have 3 and it helps so much with service. To add items or update prices I can do it from home.
But the best part is the technical support, Tim, is a star, he has solved all our enquiries and technical problems. Great customer service.

A small word i would say for the Oscar POS team, they are extremely helpful, selling a system is one thing but having a great customer service is all toghether a different ball game that not many companies can do these techies are awesome at that.call anytime and literally anytime means even 4 am and they are there to help you with your point of sale system.

Oscar Pos is very user-friendly and their afterhours service is mind blowing. No matter what the circumstances are Kirt or Tim will be there and won’t cost you arm and leg.
I’ve been using Oscar Pos for almost 2 years now at Sinatras Pizza and would recommend these guys.
Our system died over the long weekend and the team from OscarPOS were very helpful in getting all our issued fixed as quick as possible. If you ever need any help (especially in recovering an entire menu that hasn't been backed up properly for months.ask for Tim!
I have been doing business with OscarPOS for many years now in a few establishments and can recommend. Most recently I have signed onto the OscarPOS Cloud and Back Office Management System. This has allowed my business to streamline it's POS management and take it into the 21st Century by proving an online ordering app across all platforms that runs off the POS software. My customers have been providing very positive feedback in using the app to order in advance and from a business point of view, it offers opportunity to compete with the franchise players with little cost and minimal tech skill. Great support has been provided by OscarPOS when hiccups have arisen. Would recommend this product to anyone wanting to increase online sales without giving 35% of your turnover to Uber. Cheers guys
Absolutely terrible would be zero or neg stars poor service poor support poor quality/dated equipment. Scales not calibrated correctly, when printing a barcode for a product at a certain price it will scan at a different price shared my concerns with both Tim & Jacob no Solutions offered. The only regret setting up my new shop was using Oscapos for my pos system.

Just started using Oscar at one of our Venues and its a dream. The staff love it. So many back office functions. Round the clock support and training. Definitely recommend going through Tim Atkinson he is an absolute legend, knows his stuff.
Simple POS system that is extremely fast and efficient. Good alternative to other cloud based solutions that end up being quite pricey. Always friendly service +
Oscarpos go beyond the norm Tim and Jacob are extremely helpful and always on hand when needed. Because of our location we have had terrible internet connections, when we changed to a new EFTPOS system they really went above and beyond with the service even calling in late at night to help with the problems.
None of our problems have ever emanated from their product but they still solve them.
We have used Oscarpos for some 8 years now always getting great service.
