Whoever was managing over the last few days. You have an attitude problem. Such shame because it was a beautiful salon and the casual lady who did my hair was kind and welcoming.
Unfortunate.

Went in for blow dry and curls to go out to dinner, curls dropped straight away on one side looked terrible. Very disappointed as I paid $80 for a service that didn’t pull through. Went in to salon next morning and they said all they can do is recurl it. I explained I didn’t have time as was driving home back to Perth and the whole point was for dinner last night, said I was happy to take a refund or products as compensation. Lady I was dealing with wasn’t very welcoming with my suggestions and very hesitant to better the situation. I paid $80 for a service that did nothing and as a customer you would expect for them to be very understanding and compensate for that amount. In the end she gave me a $27 hair spray. Very disappointed.

I have been looking for a hairdresser in Busselton for some time. I was lucky enough to finally secure an appointment for a trim and blowdry with Natalie today. I was very happy with Natalie's service and professionalism. The cut is fantastic and I loved how she blow dryed my hair. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a fabulous outcome for their hairdressing experience.

Booked my appt online and it selected Charlotte for me. So thorough with what she does and fully communicated absolutely everything she was doing and was happy to do so. Felt completely comfortable and the result was even better than I could’ve imagined. She’s got a forever customer that’s for sure

Visiting from Victoria and was so impressed with this beautiful salon and the people working there. Booking online was easy and I was made to feel very welcome with the offer of a drink. Charlotte did my hair and she was friendly with a lovely manner and she did a terrific job of my hair. The head massage was such a treat! Wishing this salon was in Victoria!

Wish we lived in Busselton. I had a full head of foils whilst on holidays and would seriously consider 6 weekly holidays just to have my hair done
