Terrible service. They caused issue with electronics after service and refused to repair it. Never calling back to discuss, I ended up filing a complaint with Consumer Protection.

The electronics stopped working after a laborious repair of oil leak which required some parts removed from engine compartment. We had to take the car to the service again, where they said they will fix it for free or for $110 if they find issue wasn’t caused by their service. At the pick up the price went to $376 for plugging back an audio cable. They didn’t bother to notify us about price change and refused to admit that they caused it. The car never had these problems until we took it to their service!

I’m an owner of car fleet, all of our cars are Hyundai, and I’ll never be taking them to this place again. They’re always taking “unexpectedly long hours” to do the repair which ends up in surprise bills, lack transparency and refuse to take responsibility for the damages they cause. On top of that they never called me back after I tried to follow up 3 times. Auto Masters have been much more professional in all regards.

I recently had a truly dreadful experience with Hyundai Service in Osborne Park, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their questionable practices. As someone who doesn't possess extensive knowledge about cars, I was initially apprehensive when my right headlight malfunctioned. Little did I know that this would turn into a harrowing ordeal.

I reached out to Hyundai Service, hoping for a straightforward bulb replacement for my right headlight. Initially, they quoted me a reasonable-sounding $65 for the job. However, upon arriving at the service center just 30 minutes later, I was met with a different story. They claimed it was a loose cable, and to my surprise, declared that it was fixed and that there would be no charge. Naturally, I was relieved and drove home with the "check headlight" warning gone.

However, my relief was short-lived. As I pulled into my garage, the auto headlight sensor triggered the lights, and the dreaded "check headlight" warning returned, with my right headlight once again failing. Annoyed and frustrated, I called Hyundai Service immediately, and they asked me to return for a quick resolution.

Upon my return, I made it explicitly clear that I wanted the bulb replaced, regardless of any potential loose cables. After some time, the service representative informed me that they needed a whopping two hours to diagnose the issue. Infuriated, I requested a loan car so I could make productive use of my time. They initially refused but miraculously produced a spare loan car after speaking to a manager.

Nearly three hours later, I received a call stating that they hadn't fully diagnosed the headlight problem and that I would need to come back another day. The kicker? They insisted on charging me $88 for the incomplete diagnosis, even though they hadn't pinpointed the issue I initially sought to fix—a simple bulb replacement.

I asked what exactly justified the $88 fee for the incomplete diagnosis, and they mentioned the possibility of replacing the entire headlight assembly, which could cost between $2000 and $3000. I questioned whether they had even bothered to swap the left and right bulbs to confirm if the problem lay with the bulb itself. Their response was a resounding "no. " Instead, they pointed out that I had an "aftermarket globe" on the right side because the light colour was different.

This revelation was absurd since I had purchased the car brand new from Hyundai, exclusively serviced it at Hyundai, and the colour discrepancy was due to the broken bulb needing replacement. I adamantly refused to pay the fee and decided to diagnose the issue myself.

The next day, I swapped the bulbs, and as I suspected, the left one didn't work while the right one did, confirming that it was a simple bulb issue. What's more, I asked to purchase just the globe from their parts department, they quoted a staggering $600 per globe, a stark contrast to the initial $65 quote I had received for a simple bulb replacement.

Enraged by Hyundai Service's deceitful tactics, I ordered the exact replacement part myself online for a mere $78, same model, same brand. After it arrived, I installed it myself, and my headlights were back to working perfectly.

This review serves as a stern warning to anyone with limited car knowledge: Hyundai Service in Osborne Park will go to great lengths to overcharge and mislead you. While I've had a positive experience with my Hyundai car itself, the abysmal servicing and customer service have left a sour taste in my mouth. I will never purchase a Hyundai again, primarily due to these appalling experiences. I also caution against visiting Hyundai Morley, as they have similarly tried to deceive me, though that story is too lengthy to include here. In conclusion, I'd advise against buying a Hyundai altogether—while the cars may be decent, the service and customer care are far from worth it.

Absolutely terrible customer service and no attendance to issues. I had to come in three times to fix a simple problem and the customer service rep was absolutely clueless and showed no initiative to fix anything or even follow up on what was agreed on in the quote. Repeated incompetence has left me with no confidence in this service centre.

AVOID this dealership and go anywhere else!

I was originally going with another dealership but they had a few months wait. I was told by Osborne park the car would be here in a month and no later than the end of June. Once I signed the contract I didn’t hear anything from anyone. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on because they just kept having delays after delays but also kept getting told different things from different dealers. Turns out I would have got the car the same time if I just went with my original dealership, I guess it was them just securing their profit. I spoke with John yesterday to explain how unhappy I was and he just reminded me that if I was to cancel they would enforce an extra 5% on top of the deposit. I was told they would fill up my car to make my experience better, but I was already under that impression it should be full when you buy a brand new car. Don’t ever buy a car from this dealership don’t give them your money they have 0 regard about customer satisfaction and do not care about you or what you want.

Ever since the old staff is replaced, it seems like things have gotten way far better. I took my car to the usual Hyundai Osborne Park for the 20k km service. I dealt with Conner, who looked after me really well. A nice guy, and I must say, he did an excellent job. Im not sure if the technicians at the back also changed or not, but they did a great service, too.

The front office personnel should have more knowledge about service deliveries and customer services. I wondered why I was directed to Honda North for a Hyundai car problem. Deeply regret having bought 2 news cars from Hyundai Osborne Park in 2020.

Had a terrible experience here. I made it very clear I was in a hurry for a car as I am pregnant and my current car isn't big enough for pram etc. I signed a contract back in November for a white hyundai tucson being told they had one in stock. When they received my contract back the next business day, I was then told the car had been sold and I would need to wait until their next delivery in January but they wouldn't know for sure until mid December if they would receive a white one, which was fine.

I followed up mid December (3x times with no return phone calls) and they told me they didn't know when the car would arrive and to call back later in the month.
Again I rang back later in the month (2x times with no return phone calls) to be told they won't know when the car is arriving until early January.
When I rang back early January to speak with Andrew (the assistance manager who I was dealing with) it took me 3x phone calls to get him to speak with me. He then informed me that my car hasn't even started being made yet. He also could not inform me when they would get any stock of the tucson in any colour at all.
I was noticeably upset by this and asked why he didn't inform me last month that the car hadn't even started to be made yet. There was no valid answer to this and zero apology. There was also zero effort to help me out to find something else. You'd think he could at very least fake some sincerity for screwing around a heavily pregnant lady.
I then found out that they had a silver one in stock that I would have happily purchased a month prior if only I was told the white one hadn't started to be made yet (which they would have known). Again they had no response to this.
I was told at another dealership that it was likely that they got a better offer for my white tucson that was arriving in January and therefore allocated my car to them instead.
Appalled at the manner at which this was handled. Terrible service.

I called the dealership to enquire about a Hyundai Tucson as my novated lease was up and was urgently looking for a new car within 1 month. Spoke with James on the phone who was able to source the new vehicle and delivery within 6 weeks! Amazing service from James and would not hesitate to recommend him. Please note that the normal wait times for the Hyundai Tucson was 6-12months at other dealers including fleet customers

I haven't had my car serviced here before, but Hyundai had a recall on a part for the car, I rang up the service department and booked the car in, 3 weeks later I brought the car in and the entire experience was positive, the customer service and friendly nature of Jason in the service department has me now considering bringing my car there for servicing from now on, thanks again

Having bought a new I30n Fastback Jack and the team at Hyundai were nothing but amazing, they have genuine knowledge about what they're selling. The communication throughout the purchase and willingness to answer questions were second to none. Jack went above and beyond to show me the cars full potential and help me decide it was the right one for me. The car was presented extremely well on the day and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I got quoted nearly $700 to replace my antenna base on my car which had been damaged. Ordered the part and changed it myself for less than 50 bucks.
