Our father moved to The Queenslea after a few weeks in hospital when his physical stability and strength meant self-care was no longer practicable. He wasn't keen on 'respite' but after just 2 weeks he told us to change his mailing address to TQ (he wasn't going anywhere else!). The physio and nursing care was 100 percent, which was wholly matched by the concierge and administrative team whose professionalism and reliability equalled their compassion and patience. Moving dad to TQ was the smartest thing we've done in a long time. The furnishings and facilities are superb and the staff are simply the best.
