Absolutely outstanding service from Dr Henze and his staff at Faceworx. Dr Henze looked after myself and my siblings. We couldn't recommend more!

There is a chance, the receptionist might cancel your appointment without any explanation. And to cover up the idiocy, they lie to your face by telling you that they talked with imaginary you (which they never did) to move your appointment. So, double-check with them about your appointment and good luck.

Dr Franc Henze and his lovely team were incredibly professional, helpful and attentive to my specific needs. They provide and excellent client-focused service, which I felt the moment I arrived. Thanks for taking care of me faceworx!

Amazing! I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth out, but the doctor and his staff were super helpful and calming and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I could not have asked for a better experience. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10

I had 4 teeth removed with Dr Franc yesterday. So far no bruising or pain at all. I was very nervous before the surgery but he came in and was very accomodating and comforting which really helped me through and explained the after care very well to my mum and I.

I have had a look at my stitching in my mouth and it looks so minimal and tidy and well done! I was expecting to see an awful mess. I am only 1 day in to healing and it's been a breeze so far. If I ever needed anything else done I would not see anyone but him!

The only thing that I found not so good was getting my paper work sent through to me. I had to call his staff 4 times to get it sent though and had to leave quite a few messages and got no response. But this could be because of how busy they are as he is so great! I would still reccomend him to anyone I know.

Today I had 4 teeth removed and was absolutely appalled with the way I was treated. It was embarrassing, unprofessional and straight out disgusting. If I was aware of the procedures that I had to undergo before hand things would have run smoothly however I never received any information or emails and was not contacted until the night before surgery to inform me of this. You would usually think if accounts and paper work were not sorted the rooms and doctor would contact you to find out what has gone on however they just left it and then made the day of my surgery very difficult. I was removed from the theatre room with a drip port in before surgery was even performed, without being informed why due to the mistakes on their end with my email address and then was not apologised to by Dr Franc Henze and no empathy was shown. Going into my surgery very uncomfortable and I felt very anxious and unsure. I am thankful to his admin staff for their apology but would not go back to these rooms again.

Wonderful attentive office staff (Thank you Amanda for all your help) and Dr Franc Henze is just amazing, kind, gentle and reassuring. I'm glad I found him for this procedure. (Wisdom tooth extraction x 3)

Great staff team very caring.surgeon very good hardly feel any pain day after surgery. Would recommend anyone who needs specialist care. Thanks to all.

It's been a year and my mouth is still swollen and soar from having a broken tooth removed, it still is tender to touch, went to see this bloke six months ago and he said there was nothing wrong.how long does it take to heal, would not recommend this Dr, plus very expensive.if you want a swallon and soar mouth I recommend this hack of a Dr

Excellent surgeon; minimal swelling and pain, fitted me in for surgery a day after my initial consult. A little more expensive than standard prices but worth every cent- fantastic doctor.

Fantastic surgeon, 2 teeth out, no swelling or bruising. No drugs required the following day, not even 1 panadol, awesome

My experience with Dr Henze was fantastic. His staff were super helpful and friendly. I am in the country, and they went out of their way to make it easy for me to see him and have the op on the same day, which is amazing. Dr Henze was very pleasant, and did a great job. Can highly recommend him.
