Kate Dimech from the Oracle Group has been looking after insurance for my home and investment properties for a number of years now, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is absolutely FANTASTIC and without a doubt one of the BEST in her fields. Kate is a highly effective communicator, professional and very knowledgeable in her area, and has a no fuss attitude no matter how challenging the task. She does her research thoroughly and will go above and beyond to sort the best policy for her client. Kate is also very friendly with a positive attitude and very patient. As a client I cannot thank Kate enough for all she does for me.

Had an absolutely horrendous experience in my dealings with "Your Insurance Solutions" who is a member of the Oracle Group.
We received disgraceful emails from a male broker at Your Insurance Solutions launching personal attacks on my husband and his profession. I am awaiting legal advice in regards to releasing the contents of those emails so as people can make an informed decision when deciding what brokerage to go with.

I contacted Steadfast, who were most helpful and advised me that they had spoken to an Oracle Group Representative and that they would be in touch with me. That was in April.
To date, no one from Oracle Group has contacted me, which gives me the impression that they don't care about the unprofessional behaviour of their brokers, which I feel is in contradiction of their “Code of Practice”.
