We have been an Optus Business Centre Perth South customer for years and get exceptional service from the local account managers. We recently moved to Optus’s Cloud based phone system across all offices. The team was professional in analysing our requirements and commissioning the entire system, it was seamless. No service interruptions during the transitioning process and we are extremely happy with the solution. No more downtime to troubleshoot any changes as there is a reliable team with quick turnaround whenever we require. This system is state of the art and ideal for corporate and remote working organisations.

Can not speak highly enough of Sachin, Declan and the team! We had received the run around and poor service with previous providers, but the Optus Business Centre Perth South have been fantastic. Always quick to respond and proactive, they are a real asset to the Optus team.

Sachin Verma has been our Group go to guy for years, Optus business were in a different space for a few years and we tried Vodaphone who over charged us on roaming to the tune of $16,000 so we weren’t stoked about them last year and decided to give them the old Heave ho…

Sachin it turns out is the head honcho for sales at Optus Business now and he and I were very happy to be re United as I’m roaming globally with Safesoft LTD and Venture Capital Exchange VCEX permanently and it’s FREE,

Our group operations Manager Madison Pillinger organised everything for me with Sachin and we now have multiple country numbers tapped in to one hand set which is much more convienient for me to connect to multiple time zones and countries seamlessly and soo much cheaper.

After telling me via phone that they can also do Private Plans I showed up and they welcomed us in an empty office.
We signed a contract for 90 dollars for 100 GB of data in two per month. We double checked that we can delete the plan at any point and gave them our paperwork and documents. After not receiving any call from Optus after days I called them up to ask why we couldn't activate our SIM cards yet. They told us to wait. We waited another week. They knew it was very urgent as we were about to move to a remote place without Telstra reception. We waited and waited and I called them 5 times. After that they told me to call a call centre as they couldn't figure out what's wrong. Apparently you need a ABN number to have this plan. I called the number that they gave us and I was on hold for 1 1/2 hours and the last 30 minutes the people forgot to put me on hold and Ive heard people singing and chatting in a different language on the other end. I hung up. After calling them again and speaking with the manager, I was told that they can offer a contract for 100$/month for less than 50 GBs. I told them that we signed the contract and they signed the papers as well. I then called the Optus Hotline and spoke to a nice French seller. He sold me and my partner a new contract. My partner could get an Sim straight away. 27$ for 80 GB/month. I was told I would get my SIM card the next day. I am now waiting for 1 month. The SIM card didn't arrive yet, I am already in a remote area without any reception except WIFI, I was charged for the SIM card activation two weeks ago without having received my SIM card. I called with the phone of my partner and the OPTUS hotline cannot hear me so they cannot help me. The Optus message function in their app does not work. I messaged with at least 20 people so far and they always want me to repeat my case and I still don't have an answer. I am still waiting. I am very very unsatisfied with the service of Optus Business Centre Perth South and Optus in General. The bad service in person in Perth lead to more trouble. They didn't care. Very disappointed. Can not even recommend 1 star
