This optus branch manager thinking she’s the queen of the Australia 29/01/2024 I have been there for transfer my Vodafone number connection.to optus but when I rich there I suddenly change my mind.because of this manager, she’s very rude and aggressive even she doesn’t lessen to my questions. I think she has some mental issues

Worst Customer service, wont visit the particular store. I got the new plan from the guy named Nima, he forgot to changed my address details from qld to Wa. I need the address proof for government for this month. But when i visit the store again in last to last week, they said we cant do anything you need to optus customer service and optus customer service asked me to the particular. I got their again and asked for some type of apology letter for the mistake done by them. It is absolutely frustrating and unprofessional on the part of optus team that you guys can professionally train staff

Terrible service and attitude. Basically unwilling to help a customer or even hear them out! Between the data breaches and stuff like this you’ve lost a long time customer for good!

Would give 0 if there is the option. I was here to ask the question about the international data roaming charges, a lady (average height, long hair) served me and their attitude was absolutely awful. Very unprofessional and gave the wrong information. Very, very rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly.

Appalling customer service experience by a lady called PHAM and SUSHANT at Optus Carousel for a sim replacement. They were very rude and unhelpful. I went for a sim replacement and it didn’t work first so I requested if we could try again and straight away they said we cannot do anything, and told me to contact optus customer service team. Requested them again just to try once more and if it doesn’t work I would call the support team as I was travelling overseas the next day and the back end team closes at that time anyway. The fun part, finally when they did try whilst rolling their eyes, the sim replacement (literally a minimum 2 minute job) went through. What a joke this store is, I have around 15 numbers with Optus under different business accounts and this is how we get treated.

Wish I could give 0 stars or in negative. Truely pathetic and unacceptable. The franchise needs to up their quality of service even if the customer is requesting for a service that won’t make the sales assistant any commission. However, we pay a monthly bill and are entitled to get very basic service. Avoid this store if you have any service related issues otherwise try other stores or use the online channel.

Editing my review to update everyone - What a terrible store this is, following up to my previous complaint and have been trying to call the manager to sort out the issue but no response. Unfortunately, they messed up my account and changes were made without my authority approximately 15 mins after I left the store. This is a SERIOUS breach of privacy on this store’s part and I will be taking this further now because I feel like no one is safe anymore with such staff. Just letting everyone know who will be reading this to stay away from this store.

Very bad costumer service, one of your staff did not even know how to add ID and verified them as he was getting late for his break didn’t attach my docs properly and eventually end up with some errors which he wasn’t able to explain. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF

I went to the store today to get a SIM card. I’m very pleased and happy about the service that Optus staff worker gave me. She was very helpful and patient with me. More staffs should learn something from her. Thank you (to the person who does education course:) ).

Really awful experience. I came in to enquire about switching plans and literally almost walked out in tears. Just to be clear I have worked in customer service for many years and have experienced rude and demanding customers, so I always make an effort to be as polite and understanding as I can be when I'm the customer. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude, treating me like I was stupid, rolling her eyes when I asked a question, snapping at me when I wanted to double check what she was saying. It turns out I was correct in questioning her seeing as she gave me false information, which I discovered upon checking online later. This experience alone has made me want to switch to Telstra.

I was thinking I am the first person they lied to sell their products but after seeing reviews. They lied to many of their costumers. Worst costumer service ever I experienced at their store. They were lying about my contact but when asked them in writing, their manager turned around and start abusing and threatening that you already singed the contract. We cannot give you anything in writing leave the store or I call the security. I was shocked. They don’t care about anything just trying to sell their products at any cost. They staff members are shameless specially their manager. I have business account with Optus for many years now. Optus is a great service provider and been helpful to me and my company except Optus carousel branch.

I hope Optus will act about behaviour of staff members at carousel branch.

Went to the store, after discovering that the two stores that i had been going to, and that were still listed as open on the website, but had closed long ago, the person i saw could not have been less interested when he found out i was only after a small prepaid sceme, said, "cant help you", and walked away, terrible service.

If you ever shop here. Better do your research beforehand. They (manager and sales staff) didn't even know about the Fall detection feature on apple watch series 7 which they were promoting for free with any IPhone 13 sales. Like everyone said. They just want your money. Forget about after sales service.

The two ladies who attended me in subscribing to Optus portable WI-FI were very helpful, informative and friendly.
I was recommended to acquire a portable modem from Optus to just "plug and play" and I can carry it with me to whatever there is no Wi-Fi.
The ladies were very patient in answering all my questions and I thank them for their service.

They are very good at selling the product and don't care after that. We were waiting for the order (mobile phone and watch) for 3 weeks. We visited the store couple of times to check the status. Customer care said, it was delivered 3 weeks back. Much appreciated the irresponsible action.

Worst experience. Tell them your problem after buying something from the store and they ask you to call customer service. The lies are what I hate the most. They lied to me to sell the product and then say it's not their policy. Why lie about it? They say the staff is new once they are caught lying. Very rude. One person saying something is understood. But two people lying about the same thing! I don't think it is by mistake. Never going back.

This is minus point. They are useless and don't know anything just want money. They are very lazy. Just go to Telstra and Vodafone. I even wouldn't go back to Optus at all. Please trust me.

I bought an iPhone 13 here few days ago for my mom, the phone went black out and won't reboot until few hours later. I am not sure what happened to the phone therefore I brought the phone back in store, the lady took the phone away for few minutes and told me that most of the iPhone 13 are like that and didn't offer any solutions. She didn't even check the phone properly. I went to Apple store in Garden City and ask them if the problem is very common in iPhone 13 or not. The guy at APPLE Genius Bar appear to be shocked and he said "no, this problem is rarely happen". Apple store ran diagnostic test and say that the phone was updating IOS system and reboot itself and assured to me that if there is a problem, just bring the phone back. That is how customers should be. I have been a loyal customer with optus for years but now I am very disappointed with this kind of customer service that I received at Carousel Cannington. I might change to Vodafone soon.
