Optimal Pharmacy Plus Quinns

The male Pharmacist likely in his late 30's, early 40's, made me feel very uncomfortable when attempting to collect a script. He was extremely rude and unhelpful.

I waited at the Pharmacy for 5 minutes. There was one person going between the pharmacy and store shelves several times, within inches of me. Not once did she make eye contact nor acknowledge me. There were 4 staff behind the counter. Same thing. I was the only one in line.
I will not be going there again.

If i had the chance to give this chemist 0 stars I would as it is what they deserve i have been going to this chemist for years the staff back years ago were lovely and helpful now they are so rude you ask the Locum pharmacist for medicine until u can get the prescription to be told no

Never will I go back to this chemist

What a shame this pharmacy has become a total shambles
Absolutely woeful. No customer service. The wait time on prescriptions being filled is beyond a joke
Been a regular customer here for many years but today was my last time
Need to sort this out. I'm hearing the same thing from friends who have shopped here for years too
Staff seem to not care and treat customers like they r an inconvenience to their day

Have been sitting here 15 minutes waiting for the pharmacy to open as it says 8am opening! Still not opened have tried calling no answer. Update your website if business hours have changed.
This is not the first time this has happened both on different days.

The team at Quinn’s Rocks go way above and beyond for their customers and it really shows.
The other day, I had a nasty run in with the ‘pharmacist’ in the City. I thought it would be okay seeing as I am in the City daily, therefore it would be easier to go there…boy was I wrong! Long story short - I then messaged the Chemist at Quinn’s to seek advice and Jason really came through. He emailed back first thing this morning to get things sorted and I came in this afternoon, and not even 10 minutes waiting, I was leaving with the biggest smile on my face!

Very satisfied! I will be coming back for sure and telling everyone nearby that the Quinn’s chemist is the best yet! ️

After an absolutely terrible experience at another chemist my partner came here. The level of customer service, care and genuine good vibes she received was fantastic. This could possibly be the best pharmacy in Perth. Great job everyone!

Really rude service from the older English lady. Why. Saturday morning 5th of Feb. I could not have been nicer too.

Optimal Pharmacy signed me up to some company's app that I've never heard of before without my permission or even mentioning it to me. I received both an email and SMS from this third party telling me that Optimal Pharmacy had signed me up.

I am absolutely appalled that Optimal Pharmacy thinks it is okay to just hand out my name, phone number, email address, and who knows what else (my prescriptions? !) to whomever they choose without my knowledge!

I see that there are older reviews complaining about a lack of patient confidentiality, and it's clear that not much has changed in that regard. Will never use Optimal Pharmacy again.

What can I say, awesome!
The pharmacists themselves are knowledgeable and happy to advise with any questions. They know the names of regular customers and say hello.

The staff are lovely and attentive. Everyone has different personalities.

Yes, during peak hours, there will be a longer wait for dispensary needs however in comparison to other "big warehouse pharmacies" the wait is null and void.

If I need to nip in quickly after work, I call ahead of time and request my medication be dispensed as I keep my regular medication on file.

The staff here is always amazing, always helpful, they don't just treat you as a number. Highly recommend

I would give 3½ stars if would allow. Whilst service is ok. Staff seem petty much on auto pilot. These pilots rarely smile either. Staff very often don't seem concerned to serve customers on first come, first served basis. Pharmacy is well stocked.over stocked even, considering it's a very small shop. It's very cramped. Has great specials.

Your pharmacist Juliana is rude. If she’s so unhappy working there, then why doesn’t she leave.
