Optimal Pharmacy Plus Carine

Quite possibly one of the most expensive but low stocked pharmacies on the planet. They never have prescriptions in stock! They have very little of anything you’ll need, a heap of gifts and rubbish a pharmacy doesn’t need! Will not bother again!

Have been using this phamacy just over 4 years now.
Ive found the staff to be friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help.

Fantastic pharmacy. Staff are always helpful and super knowledgeable. Scripts are always quick and there is plenty to look at. Great selection of gifts for babies/kids and adults alike - I’ve been saved many times when needing a last minute gift on a Sunday.

The staff at Optimal Carine are all very helpful and friendly. The Pharmacists are always ready to talk to you to give information on any problems that arise.

Staff are friendly, personable and professional. Their customer service is second to none. They are always willing to make your shopping experience positive. I love this pharmacy.

Poor service and rude staff. Things have obviously changed and not for the better. Please do better.

Went in for an interview and these lady's are rocking! Such lovely people here, it was a busy well managed pharmacy. I WOULD go back if I lived in the area

The service in this pharmacy used to be excellent excellent around 12 months ago, but lately I find the staff rude and unhelpful. I don't know why it went bad. It seemed to happen around when the previous pharmacist left - but the difference is noticeable now.

Bad service, they dont call you back when you order a product. Staff is always different so you can't build a relationship with your local pharmacist. Willingness to help (0). Even tho its my closest chemist i will travel extra to avoid them in future! Thanks for not helping.

This pharmacy is 20 mins from my home but I find the staff very friendly and always keen to help me get the right product for my health. Annne-Marie who has been the pharmacist at Carine, has been helping me for more than 10years with my medication. If she doesn’t have what I need she gets it in straight away. Even Calls me personally to tell me that my product is in. Her service is second to none, this is why I recommend Optimal Carine to anyone looking for a reliable chemist. Also why I drive 20 mins out of my way to visit them you can’t beat old fashion service. Keep up the great work team Carine see you soon. ND

I've been coming here more than 10 years and I'm always met with a cheerful smile and a warm friendly attitude. I have at times complex medication needs and these wonderful people do there absolute best to help me out. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for great service and a caring, professional manner.

My family has been going to optimal pharmacy multiple times a week for the past 13 year, but has been nothing but great service, the pharmacists are so lovely and are always saying hey. I would 100% recommended this pharmacy for everyone.

Closes earlier than advertised frequently, making it very difficult for people who finish only half an hpur before closing to rely on them being open as late as advertised after phoning in to ensure scripts are ready & waiting.

However the staff are very kind & helpful.

This was my usual pharmacy but not after yesterday.
I normally get all my family medicine here but won't be going back. I went in to get an asthma pump (was having an asthma attack).
They refused to sell me one because I couldn't prove I had asthma and said I couldn't buy one over the counter so I had to drop be down the road to Warwick shops (while having an attack) to buy one.

Staff are friendly but the pharmacists and pharmacy staff will always try to up sell. It happens to me every time I visit. It’s disappointing and diminishes my sense of trust for the centre unfortunately. It feels like they are having to meet sales targets.

The best pharmacy I've been in, staff are extremely helpful and know what they are talking about.

The female pharmacist working when I visited was patient and informative when answering my queries regarding my medication. Felt like she really knew her stuff.
