Warning, I recommend you go elsewhere. They never respond, claim they've submitted tax returns and have not. Highly unprofessional. Would never use again even if were free!

It would help greatly if:
1- Busy B / Optimal Gains answered questions asked in due time,
2- Busy B / Optimal Gains didn't miss the majority of the deductions forwarded,
3- Busy B / Optimal Gains submitted the approved document to the ATO, not the draft version!
4- Busy B / Optimal Gains had more integrity and stopped blaming their customer for their errors.
