I highly recommend James & the team at Opteon - their service and timeliness was second to none. Not only did the requested report exceed its desired purpose, but the follow up service and responsiveness was exceptional.

*BEWARE* Horrible experience, rude, disrespectful, I kindly asked if he (Wil) could remove his shoes before entering the house/bedroom carpet, immediately became abrasive and difficult, starts throwing his authority around and giving orders about opening doors for him, this is happening inside my own home.you don't come to people's homes ordering them around with your "pretentious authority", concerning and very unprofessional. *STAY AWAY* from these people. I hired a property valuator last week for comparison, just found out from my agent that this guy just undervalued my brand new home by $50K.vindictive much? Location: Perth, WA

Matthew (@ Perth WA) did a valuation on my home on behalf of my potential financier. Although he was working for the financier and I may not have been the client, he communicated nicely and professionally with me. I've experienced many valuers who are pressured by market demands and think you're not the client, so they don't bother to be nice or conduct themselves professionally. Meetup arrangement with Matthew was seamless, even with my air travel schedule. He communicated excellently throughout the process, rocked up with a Mercedes smile in the morning, respected the property and thanked me for arranging access. The next day he even called updating me that he was processing the report and asked if a review could be written online. Good end-to-end specialist service by Matthew (@ Perth WA).

Matthew is such a genuine person.has such a caring character, and understanding.to actually want to know about the improvements I have made, and Reno’s to my house so hence he was able to give a realistic valuation. He is such an honest person who actually listens. And would genuinely refer him to all my friends in the future.
It was a pleasure dealing with Opteon especially Mathew Lim, qho had a very propmt and professional approach.
Just to add an alternative experience to the negative reviews, we had our house valued by a guy named Will. Lovely guy, took the time to explain things and have a chat while he was doing the valuation. Was happy for me to ask questions, was polite and had our valuation back to the bank by the next business day.
I do not like this company as person was not friendly even did not smile or greet but also hate it as they undervalued our house and we were so shocked as we have never got such a low value.in a few days we used other valuer and they gave us better and totally different value. I do not know what they look at.
Evaluator was here for 5 minutes, asked for the floor plan which he appeared to struggle with. Couldn't figure why the sunken living was listed separate to regular living, asked if the brick wall was made of concrete then left, didn't even walk through the house! The evaluation listed the block at a a fair value but the dwelling, even though i gave him the construction figures came in 150k less then what it was built for!
Avoid opteon, unfortunately for us the bank we wanted to go with used them.
They under evaluate my property by $45k, what a useless bunch, they won't even discuss the report with me. The reviews on here says it all, stay away!
