Place was understaffed presumably hence why it seemed pretty messy and service a little slow, Food was good though, burger wasn’t actually totally squashed like when you get takeaway.

In the past I loved Bondi burgers with bit of extremo sauce. I loved the burger among McDonalds, KFC, or Hungry Jacks.

However, today I had the same burger after a long while and the taste is worse. Plus I had to pay for adding Sauce as well in a burger. I couldn’t finish the burger. Where’s the quality?

Always comes to get the burger here always been nice and I enjoy the food but today I bought the best bondi box

Ordered Thursday deal and paid through app, is told at drive through there are no chickens available.

Place the same order the following Thursday and was told 1 hour wait as there is only one oven to cook their chicken in the kitchen. Got home and chicken was undercooked while chips was all soggy.

Got a phone call to solve my complaints by offering me another deal, not a complimentary voucher, but to pay another deal for the same order.

Never going back and head office management should not advertised such deals without upgrading their stores' equipment. Not the staff problems, but rather management incompetence in head office.

Oporto is the best chicken burgers around.

I eat here a fair bit. They get your order correct maybe 60-70% of the time but the food's good

Terrible! I got a chicken, discovered it was not cooked properly as pretty pink when getting towards the bone, It could have done with another half HR in the oven. Filled out one of those feedback froms online, the manager called me and he was an absolute nightmare! Karitch, He wanted all my personal details (some requested over the phone and some via tx), then he said he wanted a picture of the chicken, which he got, then he called me again, then he txd me at my request because I had guests over. He wanted the screenshot to prove I'd tried to call the store and made out that I hadn't called, colour of my car, rego, what basting on chicken, how much I spent, drivers licence number, time, how big was packaging like I ended up saying I'll post U my reciept and U can check my fingerprints are on it! Like all that over a sodding chicken! As a grown woman I can honestly say I felt like I was being treated like a delinquent! Y an earth he didn't just ask me to show him the receipt is beyond me! All I wanted was a cooked chicken for us for dinner. I imagine when he reads this there will be an extremely long winded reply and lots of denial on his part! The bloke clearly doesn't want to listen to what his customers have to say, however loves the sound of his own voice! Will not be going back and niether will the friends I had round at the time of his phone call who all thought that what Karitch was requesting was over the top and unnecessary. To much like hard work over a chicken he couldn't cook properly! I agree with the other reviews on here that customer service is terrible and staff are rude!

Unfriendly staff and service! Went yesterday to get some food and the drive through check out operator was full of attitude and talking in a bossy tone.

While the chicken was moist and flavoursome, it wasn't charred. It kind of took the edge off it. It could have been chicken from Woolies.

Stuffed up Uber eats order - wouldn’t resolve it. Forgot one item. When I asked for it to be replaced and delivered the “manager” told me I had to order a “sauce” for $1, then she would give me a Burger to replace the one that wasn’t delivered. But…. They wouldn’t deliver it, so I had to go and pick it up. Which I couldn’t do. Got the refund from Uber, but if re-ordered from Uber would pay another delivery fee. They should have just delivered me the missing item. I was happy to pay for it. In The scheme of things so what? But why give people the title of manager when they don’t have the authority to fix things when they make a mistake? The rest of the food wasn’t that good anyway, for the price.

Honestly a pretty good place to come for food however the customer service here is atrocious, staff have no idea what they are doing they are rude when ordering.

Went through drive through and we were handed our order and it was wrong we waited ages to be reserved at the window even though it was clear we were signalling staff…. Lady proceeded to sweep directly in front of the window, it was quiet and they clearly had no where to be. Some in-house training would be recommended.

What’s wrong with chicken bolas quantity? Way too less, before you guys used to give good quantity.

I had a chicken and haloumi wrap which I've had before and I love it. It's so nice that it is fast food but when dining in you actually get plates for the food and bowls for shared fries. It makes it seem a bit more special than a run of the mill fast food restaurant.

The chicken i had half a year ago had a bite taken out of it. Obvious teeth marks. Only posting now because i was told by the person who bought it that it was bought here. Absolutely disgusting feral place. We are no longer going here. How dare you take a bite out of my food and serve me!

I had the same thing happen like over 3 times at the same store. I ask for double basting but each time have been given single basted chook. Last time I was given incorrect dipping sauces and I thought might be a human error but this time the dipping sauces were missing completely.
Don't know if the staff is incapable of noting down the order or just incompetent.

The sauce is better than nandoes sauce. There i said it.
But sometimes they don't put enough on because teenagers can't do consistency.
