30Joining Openair Fitness has been best move for me and I am so glad I took the leap. It is such a positive team environment where everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Rich and his team are amazing and create great workouts with a real mix of strength, core, weights and cardio. I love the energy I now have, that my brain and body feel so much healthier and I get to work out with a great group of girls. Give Openair a try you won't look back

Such a great bunch of people to work out with & the sessions are always varied & a great challenge. Rich & the team are always so encouraging & it shows that they really care about helping us hit our goals & making it fun at the same time. So glad I joined & I actually miss the sessions & the people if I don't go one day!
I cannot recommend Openair Fitness highly enough!
The workouts are always different and the community is super inclusive and encouraging. Not only have I improved my strength, lost body fat, gained muscle mass etc but I’ve also been able to get to know some amazing women.
I couldn’t imagine I’d be happy to get up in the dark in winter to workout and yet here we are. Rain, hail or shine we work outdoors together.
No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, come along and be supported by an awesome community as you go from strength to strength (quite literally)
The atmosphere and encouragement you receive from Richard and the girls makes exercising fun. There is no way I could get up at 5.00am to exercise come rain or shine if it wasn”t. I have been challenged and as a bonus made some great friends. I would recommend anyone thinking of joining a group, to come down and join the Open Air family.

Eleven months ago I joined Openair Fitness. From day one, I have felt inspired, motivated and part of the Openair Family.
Openair Fitness is so much more than exercising. It’s a community of people committed to encourage, engage and lead each other through the sessions. The seasons are challenging, fun and always varied.
We couldn’t do it without you Rich.
Openair Fitness has helped me maintain a regular exercise routine even in the colder months. SO far this winter i haven't missed any of the 5.30am sessions. I found when i was exercising on my own it was way too easy to talk my self out of getting up. With Richard and the varied sessions and the friends i have made i have no such problems. Thanks for all the encouragement and support.
Joining Openair Fitness is by far one of the best decision I have made! I needed a set up and ‘push’ type of training. What I really enjoy the most is the workouts, the way they are structured, the great atmosphere and supportive environment from the members. Everyone here is so amazing and honestly I cannot recommend them enough!
I absolutely love training at openair! The environment created by everyone make it so much more enjoyable and motivates you to keep pushing yourself to be better. Couldn’t recommend Rich and the team any more!
This if the first fitness I have stuck to for the long run?
I’ve never been someone to stick to any exercise regime but I genuinely look forward to every Openair session and now I’m training 4 times a week. Made some amazing friends and Rich always has a great variety of workouts - I’ve never done the same workout twice! Highly recommend
I can not recommend Openair fitness highly enough. Workouts are always varied and interesting, location is amazing and Rich is an excellent trainer. In 9 months I have lost 17kg, increased my fitness in a major way and made some great friendships.
I was quite hesitant to join initially as I haven’t done any physical activity, I thought I would never finish a 12 weeks challenge but here I am over 6 months on enjoyed and looking forward every sessions. I am very grateful to have Rich as a coach and to have the support from the rest of the open air family. I can honestly say that Rich and crew members inspires and motivate me for every challenge. My personal fitness has improved a lot and no more knee and shoulder pain after joining Open Air.
When I started I used to be so unfit and not able to do much at all. I now look forward to bootcamp and run in my free time which is something I never would of been able to do without joining and building my fitness. I have come such a long way and it is all thanks to open air.
I really love coming down and every session is always challenging but so much fun.
Everyone is super supportive and it has a really nice vibe and I've made some great friends.

I stumbled across Openair Fitness on Facebook by chance in November 2020. I had been looking for something to overhaul my health and fitness that didn't involve a smelly gym. I ended up getting more than I bargained for! The outdoor workouts are challenging yet fun and I get to train with a lovely group of girls. Rich is such an awesome trainer who ensures not one session is the same. He is very knowledgeable and clearly invested in getting us all to achieve our personal goals, with loads of laughs and good vibes along the way. Love it!
Where do you get to workout under the moonlight! And enjoy it! I’ve been with Openair for 10 months and loving it! Every session is different and always fun even when you are being challenged! Rich inspires us all with his positive outlook on life and all the girls are amazing! Ten stars for Openair Fitness!
I havent been with Openair Fitness for very long, but I already love it. Rich is an amazing trainer and all of the ladies are super welcoming and and help to motivate each other. Every class is varied and fun with HIIT, boxing, cardio, weights to name a few. If you love an outdoor workout that is both fun and friendly, then this one is for you)
Openair fitness has managed to push me to my fitness limits in the most enjoyable way possible! With such a diverse, supportive and fun loving group of girls to workout alongside, and the welcoming smiles and banter from Rich and Maddy every single session rain hail or shine, it really is such a special crew to be a part of! I’ve been with Openair for over a year now and I don’t think there has ever been a repeat workout, the variety is awesome. Openair plays such a huge part in both my physical and mental health, I always look forward to smashing a week of workouts with them

I have tried lots of different gyms, exercise programmes and activities and can say Openair Fitness is by far my favourite. Rich and Maddy have created an amazing community of like-minded individuals who enjoy coming together, smashing goals and having fun while doing so. Openair offers something totally different with its outdoor exercise playground, specially equipped fitness trailer and amazing views -due to its beachside location! Unlike other exercise groups that allow time to stand around, look pretty and wait your turn, you are moving fast and working hard from start to finish with Openair. If you have a busy schedule and need to make every minute of a class count, its perfect! During the summer months its also amazing to finish a session with a dip in the ocean.
