I got combo brows by the lovely Manu today and I couldn't be happier! I've never been happy with my brows and have had a few bad experiences with other places doing my brows. This was a big change for me so I was a bit nervous. Manu answered every question no matter how silly and explained everything to me making me feel at ease. Today was my first time coming to ONYX for eyebrow threading I was taken care of. And the staff were friendly and helpful as well 10/10 will be coming back.

Good waxing experience, not the best appointment making experience. I have a full Brazilian wax

1 hour before my appointment they messaged asking to change my appointment. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I was in and out in 30 mins, all the hair was completely gone, the least painful experience I've had, used different waxes for different areas and great value for money.

I would highly recommend to most people.

I couldn't of been more happier. I asked for 'soft arched thick brows' and I got EXACTLY THAT! I am also so nervous when getting my eyebrows done because stores in the forum always mess it up, especially Classic Threading. This is my Go-To eyebrow place to get perfect brows!

Got my feather touch done with these guys such amazing stuff and I'm so amazed how beautiful and natural my eyebrows look

I had the feather touch eyebrow tattoo done at Onyx Threading and it was a great experience i had never had anything like that before and am really happy and would recommend Manu to anyone. Love my eyebrows

Highly recommend Manu to anyone wanting to shape their eyebrows to perfection. She takes care of all beauty needs at very affordable prices!

Worst experience with my brows today. Should have given up when I was trying to book an appointment and was hung up on and was given terrible customer experience. But went with benefit of the doubt and for that came out with completely uneven horribly dark brows and my lashes didn't look any different but my eyes were sure stinging. All this plus the lack of communication during the appointment equaled a truly upsetting experience which I then had to pay more money to get corrected elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Beware! If I could give ZERO stars I would!
I feel terrible affecting a persons livelihood by writing this review, however, I have been severely physically damaged by the bikini wax I had at Onxy. Don't go here for a wax!
