Onyx Hair Crew, Mandurah

I used to rate this salon but when they packed up from Mandurah and moved to Brisbane they took many people’s prepaid packages and deposits - including mine. Despite multiple requests and assurances that funds would be repaid Duvah only made a part repayment - despite the transaction literally saying “more tomorrow”. I considered these people friends but don’t be fooled by their fake personalities. I would hate the same to happen to anyone else. Please be warned.

Had a great experience here the vibe is great in this salon! Duvah did an awesome job at overall colour. Sharnai got my hair a beautiful bright blonde from dark box dyed hair. Highly recommend.

Be warned do not book online like my daughter did they take a deposit off you. She showed up the day before her formal to find no-one there and still waiting for contact from duvah.so apparently has done a relocation to Brisbane without even a care that he took my daughtersoney and left her stressed may not seem like much to you but she works hard for her money

Went in for quite a change after not going to the hair dressers for many years, duva listening to what I wanted and made it exactly that.

Was very organized in there, great vibes, totally skilled team and I'll be going again and again!

I can’t believe its taken me this long to find this gem of a salon who specialises in thick island hair! I went from super dark to light in one session.

After reading the reviews online, I came here today for my first cut. The reviews were right and I'm still buzzing! Duvah is so skilled and talented, all the staff are welcoming and friendly. I have found my forever hairdresser. Thanks for my new do, I love it!

Duvz has been my hairdresser for the past 6years. I’m a model and always need my cut onpoint and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have seen him grow his family business from his home salon to a shop front to this location and I’m so proud of him and Bee. Come and support their family base business here in Perth and in Bali. Been to Onyx since 2015 and love the way they look after me, highly recommended Duvah the owner is amazing also Hannah who has done my hair the past 2 appointments

Duvah didn't bother to turn up for my 9.30 am appointment this morning. Obviously new clients are not important to him as he had me 'shuffled' to another stylist. I didn't bother staying and glad that I left.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING EYEBROWS DONE HERE! I have weird and uneven eyebrows that were caused by other eyebrow salons. This eyebrow lady was able to make them SO EVEN and I got sooooo many compliments. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! Also my mum got her hair done and it was so great. They’re really professional and friendly!

Waited 40 minutes for hairdresser to arrive - left quite happy - 2 weeks later all colour gone just left with bleached hair - no response to my disappointment- not good enough for $205

I just had my first visit to Onyx and I can't believe how amazing the girls were. I have tried for over a year to get my colour the way I want at various salons but Jessie got it perfect. Therese did my cut and again it was spot on. I will never go to another salon ever again. I also loved the positive, happy atmosphere of the salon. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Didn't leave with what I asked for originally. But ended up with great customer service and left happy
