Terrible service and food, the line was busy for about 45 minutes, in the end had to drive to the shop to complain. Nothing at all was done to rectifie the order. Extremely rude lady with no customer service.

Garlic bread was soggy and very burnt on the edges, didn't taste nice at all.

Pizza's were all undercooked and unedible, was basically Raw! The pizza dough was grey where it hadn't been cooked properly! You would expect the pizza to be cooked considering they where 20 mins late.

Absolutely terrible disgusting Pizza's, we ended up having to order from somewhere else.

Very happy with both the service and food received and being one of the few that will deliver here. Will definitely be returning.

Tried this out for the first time last night, got to say the staff were great. We were very disappointed with the garlic bread which was a few thin slices of cold soggy bread wrapped up in tin foil, dont think I've ever paid that much for garlic bread before either. The pizza bases were amazing, and the sauce was pretty good too, although here was a massive shortage of pepperoni, which is a shame given we ordered a Pepperoni Pizza. Both pizzas were over loaded with cheese which spoiled it a bit. But as I said, the base and sauce was great, they can build on that.

Wood fire has gone as well as the quality of ingredients and the consistency but same price it's a shame

I was absolutely thrilled with the service from Byford Pizzeria. We got married at Yoothamurra Homestead in Oakford and needed many many pizzas to cater for our family the night before. The team were so responsive and brilliant in all interactions - with the manager even calling us a few days before to make sure everything was good to go. Pizzas arrived perfectly on time and oh my goodness - AMAZING, fresh pizza that kept serving us for days after. I can’t recommended enough.

Our favourite in the area. Order from them regularly. I don't think we've ever eaten inside as there's not much of an atmosphere and it's usually empty but it's popular with the locals too.

We order 2 large pizza 2 week ago. Unfortunately we got food poisoning from 1 of the pizza my and wife ate. Thankfully the kids pizza was safe! I rang the restaurant 2 day later to speak to manager. She said I'm assisted manager, I'll check if anyone else got food poisoning and have the manager to get back to you. They never did. We used to be a repeated customer but I'm going somewhere else. Poor service and stay away unless you want food poisoning!

Amazing pizzas! Had a large order delivered out to Serpentine and all the family members loved the pizzas. Will definitely be ordering again!

Best pizza in Byford! I come from the United States and pizza is my favourite food, and these guys make an amazing wood fired pizza. It always has come out perfectly, and the pepperoni in particular is very nice. Friendly staff, and it even reheats very well the day after. Can't recommend enough, just wish they were open more often like for lunch. Excellent pizza, and excellent service. Keep up the good work

Waited at the till for 10 minutes before someone took my order.was asked constantly to wait 1 one minute.better off ordering domino.also was supposed to be 20 min sitting here for an hour.burnt too and lack of meat on the meat lovers.asked for extra cheese too.im super disappointed should have asked for money back

First time we had pizza, polite staff, authentic pizza, flavor is true Italian, mouth watering, will come back here, to be honest the best pizza I have tasted within Australia defiantly 5 stars even more, thankyou enjoyed all.

Rang at 5.48 to place an order for 3 pizzas and was told there was a 50min wait, which was fine although the girl on the other end of the phone said they would ready for pickup at 6.20pm, I thought she can't calculate too well, anyway rocked up to pick the pizzas up only to be told they won't be ready until 6.50pm, we're now at 1hour since the phone order was placed so I sat and waited and waited it's now 7.05pm and they haven't even started making them up to go in the oven. I'm now looking at a minimum of 90minutes since placing the order by phone. I used to order pretty regularly most Friday's but never again.
Just really POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bellissimo. Absolutely loved the woodfire pizza at onfire pizzeria. I come from an Italian background so i know what is a traditional authentic thin crust Italian pizza and this is exactly that. Loved it.

We love On Fire Pizza. The staff are so friendly and the food is a dream. Feels very authentic Something for everyone there.

Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and the food is consistently amazing.

Great pizza that doesn't leave you feeling horrible after your 4th slice. It's great to be able to order amazing pizza within walking distance of home. Warm, friendly service and amazing food. Perfect!
