A true professional. Ashley is a true professional, knowledgeable & helpful in his role as a property sale agent.

Had a very lengthy dealing with this company, sometimes very easy to deal with, and problem sorted. Other times takes a looooong time for issue to be sorted. Keep a paper trail so you can back up your claim of length of time of issue, and follow up otherwise it can get forgotten.

O’Neill Real Estate have treated us horribly. I advise the reader to deal with them as an absolute last resort. They have been enablers of the nightmare that we tenants of the Mulberry Mews complex currently endure.

A young couple moved in a while back. They recently bought a dog, which torments us with its excessive barking. One woman who lived in the complex had to move out, because she was unable to endure it any longer. Another woman said she now experiences headaches. The barking has even brought in complaints from outside our housing complex. O’Neill have had the matter brought to their attention multiple times but have been mostly ineffective. A “breach” they issued has not prevented the excessive barking.

All we ask is that they enforce the laws of the complex. It is within their power to bring our suffering to an end, but they refuse to do so.
