I appreciate the outstanding assistance I received at the office. A very helpful girl unfortunately, I can't recall her name, went above and beyond by guiding me through the process of manually scanning documents. Her support made a significant difference in my experience.

Terrible. 0/10, zero stars if this was an option. My new mobile phone didn’t arrive when it should so I needed to cancel the order and get a refund so I could buy one quickly elsewhere. The manager Raj would not cancel or refund the order, saying it was impossible as the phone was ‘in transit’. This was a lie. I went to the Joondalup store the same day and they cancelled and refunded no problem at all. Do not give the city store your business as their customer service is more like customer no service.

I want to print out my documents today morning but the staff she don’t want to do and help for me. The counter have not people and not busy. I want 10: 40 am this morning. She is say I doing my self print out. She was very lazy to working? Is that good for your customer office work?

Had some documents printed, scanned and copied. Was busy but the staff were great. Took a little bit but all done. Thanks ladies.

Alicia and Heaven (specifically) were super helpful and lovely when it came to me asking so many questions and wanting to check my order so many times. Really appreciated that they were so patient and kind. Always love coming in here for my printing. And the printing came out really well- Heaven took really great care with my order.

The little dispute was resolved in favor of the customer.

The service is very poorly I asked the staff about this tablet I have to go to the staff at the checkout, This guy show me that on the computer and there not in stock the website tells you have and have to show the the management the photo with my mobile and that is Officeworks very poorly trained staff.

While the general staff itself is great at customer service, the minute they need a manager to validate something, it goes down here. Been a shopper there for over a decade not but the current management is very below the par. He follow the "customer is always wrong" ethos. Stay well away from this store and go to others like the Victoria Park one, where management is not only well experienced in the stores process and they also are in customer relations and follow the "customer comes first" ethos instead and works happily with you towards helping you

Maybe label your store if you want customers to line up in certain places? Staff yelling at customers to line up in different places. Cudos to people who walk out with stock

Too small in comparison to other office works outlets.

Bare essentials only is how I would describe it

I reached at dot 6.00pm and this Asian girl didn’t even allow me to shop for 1 item. She closed the door looking straight at my eyes.

Lowest range, highest prices for stock, lowest volume cartridges, never tell us there are 2 sizes and have no idea about printers and inks, even overcharged me at the till for a block of paper advertised for 14.65 but charged 22.00! You are on your own here. They closed East Perth large warehouse for this runt of a shop.
Its a disaster

Most Perth Officeworks branches have been quite disappointing, with long queues, slow and poor service etc, but Perth CBD has consistently been excellent, with friendly knowledgeable staff and plenty of stock (despite being a small store). This is now the only Officeworks I would go to, outside of emergencies!
I recently had to print some large format documents and they had ran out of the correct paper, but fixed problem with a different type of paper and saved my day. Thanks!

My experience has been great with Officeworks Perth CBD.
Can take some time to be served at the closing business hours due to a huge amount of employees going home around 3-4 pm.
I like the self service printing option, really handy and gives cheaper prices too, highly recommend that

Poor customer service, especially for the worker named Daniel. Went to the officeworks, and i asked them, if they have an item that i was looking for. Just tell me if it’s available or not. But Daniel just said “open the webside, scroll down, and can you see what is says? ! ” WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered for click and collect twice. Both times my item was not there although I got a pickup notification.
The staff is completely unhelpful and only tells you to call their customer support and deal with them. No intention of helping or finding a solution for a customer's problem

I just wanted a few emergency prints for a art convention and they refused to serve me, didn’t print my work and said they were closing early when they then served other customers when I was first in line. I am so disappointed and upset, I really could not be more disheartened by the service here

Your printer's service is too poor.i was waiting at the counter for printing on 12/11 at 9: 50 in the morning.an lndian boy asked me if i want to print.i said yes, i sent it to him, he didn't help me, and asked others to help others behind me use it first, which made me wait for a long time, super rude.

Some very unhelpful, arrogant staff.he was trying to avoid my questions about seeking a lower price.he then went to get the manager who didn't help either.he wasn't very knowledgable on the products i was trying to purchase
