Officeworks Bunbury reviews
37Outstanding commitment to customer service. Fraser and the Team at the front door are next level. I am so grateful for Officeworks in Bunbury.
The service at this store is extremely poor. The manager, Stephen, is rude and incompetent.
I didn't catch his name but the guy at the printing kiosk couldn't have been more patient or professional as I bumbled through trying to print stuff out. Thanks mate.
The service I receive from Caren is faultless. The only place I shop for my business needs.
Execellent customer service we needed a cartridge urgently for our business printer and it was hear within four days highly recommend thank again
Had the most awesome experience the other day in the print and copy section thanks to Sarrah she made everything so easy to get done thankyou again!
Top service. Shoutout to Caren she's very knowledgeable and helpful. Caitlin on the til is always pleasant and helpful aswell. Cheers y'all.
Excellent customer service with happy and knowledgeable employees. Keep up all your amazing work, we all do appreciate it. Will recommend to family & friends. A+
Store can't cope with back to school rush. Was ignored by staff, left to wait while others were served before me in click and collect, had nothing explained and then had my head bitten off by staff member C**** when I asked why the store had an attitude. C**** promptly told me I had the attitude and pointed out all her lanyard pins for customer service. They must randomly give those out because the shop has zero customer service. I feel ripped off that Officeworks got my money after this experience. I don't usually pay to be ignored and told off. And after all that I left without some of my ordered items because they lost them. Go to Kmart or Big W.
Went in to buy a printer. The lovely lady that served us was very helpful and friendly. Think her name was something like Kalina? Sorry if I got it wrong. Three days later the printer turned out to be a dud. Returned it and had the pleasure of being served by Callum. So helpful and so friendly, he made the process of the refund quick and easy. Will definitely be back.
Seriously poor customer service from not one, but a number of staff. Ranged from being either totally disinterested in assisting, to having a very poor attitude, or all the way to being outright rude. Clearly a culture of entitlement and staff who would rather not be doing this job.
Huge shout out to Jesse, in Officeworks Bunbury. Jesse went above and beyond expectations helping change my Galaxy Watch from Japanese to English & then helping match it to my Samsung Note. He was very helpful, patient and respectful of a senior, who really appreciated his assistance
We always have an excellent experience at the Bunbury store. Caren really knows her stuff and was super helpful finding the stationary we needed for the new school year. Caitlin at the checkout was amazing. Best customer service all round. Thanks team!
This store is understaffed. Wesfarmers need to address this issue the people working there can't be faulted yet it needs a deep clean and stock seems to be hastily put out on shelves. This is a hr and not a local management issue. (Prev. Area manger within parent company)
Can't seem.to change store location. Keeps popping up as hay Street store.also the menu is rubbish.i want to buy a tablet online and click and collect.it just won't happen.this website is a mess.please fix it so it's easy to buy something.over and out.i am totally worn put from this experience
Thank you to the lovely ladies who helped me with my Mum's funeral photos. From a tiny copy, and some smaller ones to good size copies.

Just wanted to do some photocopying but staff weren't able to figure out how the photocopier worked, a supervisor then informed me that the machine had an ongoing problem printing but they were still using it and sometimes it worked properly and sometimes it didn't, ended up printing out all the sheets individually so i wasn't very happy with my visit.
I was impressed with how simple it was to online order I went with click and collect will definitely be using this store again
Thanks guys
Plenty of parking but it seems it belongs to everybody but the people in office works.
All the bays full but not a soul in the store.
Worst service ever from management Calum and Jo regarding purchasing brand new phone that's faulty been 2 weeks now, no feedback!
