Our company signed with OTIS recently and this is my first experience with their service.pleased to say it was excellent. My issues with Adobe and Microsoft 365 were sorted quickly and efficiently.

My review is regarding a job I applied for as a technician.
It's been months but I haven't heard from them. Waste of time answering their unnecessary and twisted questions on job application. I feel this company is overrated. Doesn't mark up to the good reviews.

Great help as usual & after hours - thought I’d lost 2.5 hrs of work but OSIT saved the day!

All of the ratings here are from people who have worked for this company and 1 or 2 external party's, Don't believe everything you read there after hours charge out rates are insane and they are not very helpful when you call them in after hours.
