Great food, very authentic and the staff is friendly. I had a vegetable roll which was made fresh and delicious. Not many vegan options (teriyaki tofu is not vegan as it’s made with chicken or beef broth) but you can ask for a vegan roll. No aircon but it wasn’t too warm, nice painting on the walls and very reasonable pricing.

Even the takeaway is great, absolutely delicious as always though I'd still recommend dining in if you can!

Delicious food either takeaway or dine in, staff are always friendly and i highly reccomend their ramen and benton boxes.

I come in multiple times a week for my lunch break. They now know my order off my heart, lovely staff and amazing food! Definitely a favourite place to eat

I eat here every Monday before my evening class, it's always a highlight. I love the katsu curry, sushi pieces, all the donburi's, and the miso ramen. Can't fault the food/service/portions.

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible customer service and extremely rude employees. I came with 4 friends and 2 of us weren't hungry and only wanted rice but we wanted to dine in as our friends were, they then said we can only get the rice as a take away and forced us to sit outside so we couldn't eat with our friends just because we weren't very hungry and didn't want a meal. I am very disappointed as I have came to oceans multiple times and it has never been an issue. As someone who works in the hospitality industry this is ridiculous.rude employees shouldn't be able to work in hospitality if they are treating there customers with such disrespect.

Assorted vegetarian tempura (they had avocado!) deluxe Bento - I chose agedashi tofu and seaweed as side dishes ($20), and chicken katsu sushi. Very good value. All tasty and fresh.

We dined in. Nothing fancy but seats were surprisingly very comfortable.

This hidden gem is my new go to. Best Japanese in Fremantle! Fresh sashimi, great presentation and I love the salad and miso soup. They are all 10/10 and the staff are very friendly. I’ll keep coming back. Thank you!

Really delicious and reasonably priced! The salmon poke bowl was $13, and came with very fresh salmon cubes marinated in a tasty marinade. Generous amount of rice (we couldn't finish it!), only wish it came with slightly more veges. The yakiniku beef bento was only $12.50 + $3.30 for two extra little dishes of agedashi tofu, and tofu+marinated chicken in a sukiyaki flavoured broth. Very generous serving of beef that was tender and tasted like Japan. Will definitely be back:)

Food was good but 4 pieces of karage chicken for my curry? Really? Does chicken cost more than truffles?

Big portions, reasonable prices and most importantly delicious Japanese food! I had yakiniku beef bento box. I enjoyed every bite of smoky beef, freshly cooked warm rice and clean tasting miso soup. I am looking forward to try other dishes from the menu.

Unfortunately the salmon donburi dissapointed. Not balance between rice and fish. The salmon sliced too thin. Sushi and bento was great.

Beautiful food. Genuine Japanese food. You know why I know that. Because I have eaten in many restaurants in Japan for the last 23 years.
