Great service. Ordered coral and fancy clownfish to Tas and was a bit worried about whether they would make the longer trip, but they arrived as happy and healthy as they would be if I bought them locally. Very well packaged and good communication by the owner.

Fantastic set up for people that love marine fish. Very clean and tidy. Wasn't bombarded with sales people every 5 minutes. Got to explore at my own pace.

Drove a 6.5hr round trip from Dunsborough to collect an online order, called the day before to check on everything and they said all good. When I arrived half my order was missing and the others had significant tail damage and infection with other dead fish in the tank.
No apologies or compensation for complete waste of time and fuel.

Just bought two flathead perch and got freight from Perth to Brisbane. Packing is excellent and the fish is awesome and definitely healthy, eating like a pig after one night resting! You can trust this store, especially on purchasing high end fish.

Nice selection of corals and fish and their water testing service is great. Prices are reasonable. Only frustrating thing is hardly any of the corals or fish have prices marked so you constantly have to ask about everything.

Friendly staff is what we all need when looking for salt water expression. Very consumable advice. Good choice of live goodies as well as equipment and necessities. So far no snails dead this and the star rating subject to time.
