I've been seeing Dr Keng since arriving in Australia. I find him to be thorough and his staff helpful and friendly. Using the HotDoc app, I've always found a suitable appointment usually within a few days.

Found the Dr’s to be unfriendly, unhelpful and a waste of my time. My child has been sick for 2 weeks and was given an over the counter nasal spray. Don’t waste your money going to this practice.

I’ve been going to this practice since I was in school. Over the past few years my experience here has worsened. The receptionist are unbelievably snobby and rude! I insist they consult one of their doctors and have whatever it is lodged up there removed.

Outstanding clinic both in clinical and non clinical patient care. Professional and friendly staff and doctors

Always a good experience. Dr Keng extremely thorough and very caring.
Unfortunately, its hard to get an appointment within a day or two of needing one.

I have visited Ocean Reef Medical Centre a few times and had a telephone consultation recently. On multiple occasions, the receptionist (Sheree) has been extremely rude. This is unfortunate because a receptionist's role includes providing a level of customer service and manners, neither of which she demonstrates.

This practice has looked after myself and the family fantastically for the last 14 years. I'm moving and hope our new GP practice in Hammond Park is anywhere near as good. And a special thank you to Dr Jek! Thanks for saving my life Doc! And the receptionists take a lot of stick. Special grazie mille to Silvia. Ciao!

I have found the reception staff here are very helpful and competent. Tonight Sharee went to great lengths to get a COVID related problem sorted for me and my daughter. She went well beyond the normal "call of duty". Dr Jek my usual GP is an excellent and highly dedicated doctor. He always finds the time to attend thoroughly to all aspects of our health care.

I can see why so many reviews spoke badly of the receptionist, very very disappointing person. They say they offer "prompt medical attention" - this is not true.

The rudest receptionist I have ever come across. It's almost as if she goes out of her way to make things difficult. She has no people skills at all. If it was run by a proper receptionist it would help the drs there so much. If I ran my business like this I wouldn't be around. I would really like to know who the owner is of this practice. Nothing has changed in 12 months. I have mentally and physically declined since going there

I’m sure the actual medical staff, Doctors, Nurses, Clinician’s are of good to excellent quality. But the Office management and office staff are unhelpful and borderline rude. Booking system, online version, is consistently out of order or giving false directives.
Find another Medical centre.

Absolutely disgusted. I booked an appointment online today for a doctors consult with Dr Sam Maurice Masoud.
Arrived to the appointment with my medical exemption form for my booster. I am fully vaccinated and as per the health advice from the GOVERNMENT, you are able to apply for an exemption if you've had COVID-19 due to natural immunity for 4 months (I had covid 4 weeks ago). He flat our refused to fill out my form because he didn't feel comfortable.
How disgusting that someone who comes in with a form from the government declines me of my rights to do what i want with my body. I notified him i wanted the exemption because there is not point being boostered if i have natural immunity and planning to get my booster in June prior travelling overseas. Really disappointed.
Will NEVER return.
Highly recommend NOT visiting Dr Sam Maurice Masoud.

I have seen some FANTASTIC doctors here but unfortunately the practice is very badly run by the receptionists. Both ladies who I have spoken with at the front desk are rude and unfriendly. They have faxed important documents off with incorrect details (spelling mistakes on their behalf) and have incorrectly charged me every time for my daughters appointment who is under 1. Every time I go to pay for an appointment its a hassle for them and they end up making me wait for ages with a screaming baby. Last week the receptionist had her mask dangling off her face! Unacceptable and disappointing!

Total disregard for an appointment time with no explanation or apology provided after waiting 90 minutes for a phone consultation. These are indeed desperate times.

I had a phone appointment booked for 9.40 am.
Didn't get a call at all and had to ring reception at 10: 40am to find out what's going on.
Said the doctor was with a new client and will call when she can.ended up calling me at 10: 55 but i was on the toilet at the time andrang back straight away.no answer and then to reception again.the lady said she is now with another client and will try call when she finishes.it's 12: 30 at this point and I haven't been able to get any rest since i've had to keep my phone on call the whole time. (what's the point of an appointment?)
Lady answers at 12: 30 at reception and yet again i get told sorry she is with someone and she will call when she can.anyway i wait patiently and no calls.i call back around 2pm and again the same thing i get told.
I decide i will call again at 4pm to see if anyone can help me, nether the less the lady who answered was different this time and said she has just got on shift and doesn't know the story but she told me that it's my fault i missed the call at 10: 55am and was just arguing with me not helping at all. (very rude)
At this point I haven't had a drop of sleep all day and still no call, after asking to speak to a supervisor i was told they had left and there is nothing she can do.
Finally as the day ends it's 5: 40pm and i only get a call now.
Very poor service and rude receptionists.

I've been going to Ocean Reef medical for years and they have been fantastic up until the last 12 months. I've found that if I try to book an appointment to see my usual gp, his next available appointment is usual well over a week from the time you call to book.
That means by the time you get your appointment you've either recovered from the original issue or you've had to seek help from somewhere else. It's absolutely ridiculous.
They really need to work on how to effectively organise their bookings. It's understandable when a specialist is booked out well in advance, but it's definitely a problem when your gp is doing it too.

Dr Wei Jek, best GP! He takes special interest in the health and wellbeing of his patients. Thanks, Dr. Jek.

Called today for a prescription for my husband’s chronic medication (Monday). The receptionist was very unfriendly and told me that he needs to see a dr and the first appointment available will be on Saturday and it will be private billing. The prescription is for chronic medication i.e high blood pressure, cholesterol and blood thinners. Think it’s time to look for another medical Center

I arrived promptly at the time of my appointment, but was made to wait OUTSIDE, with the door locked. A number of other patients arrived and tried to phone the practice, but got no answer. Even knocking on the door drew no attention. After 40 minutes the door opened to let a patient out. At this time I was informed that the doctor still couldn't see me.

What is the point of making an appointment? Who will compensate me for the wasted time? This is extremely frustrating. I have a good mind to go back to my previous doctor and not visit this practice again.

I have to say I have been going to this practice for over 25yrs, and find it to be extremely well run and Dr Jeck an excellent physician.
However today I missed my appointment as I put the wrong time in my phone. Extremely embarassed and wasted my GP's time. Could a reminder be sent out day before?
