Not happy. Ordered tonight as a treat, fish was so hard and inedible. Called them up, they said do you want replacement. Well yes, it's our dinner. Got second order of fish, just as bad as the first. Can't eat it. Over cooked, dry and just as hard and tough as first lot. Won't be back

A good local Fish & Chip shop. Pretty consistent quality and reasonable serves. Of all the local shops, this is the one we go to

Oily, soggy, old, repulsive batter. Nice cut of snapper but nothing could save this. Smelt like a fishing dock when I got in (the dirty kind), and the food matched my low expectations after that. Places like this are why fish and chip shops are a joke, can't be trusted. I feel guilty for even putting this rubbish into my body and I wish I bought it through uber eats so I could refund the absolute HA out of it, waste of $44. Try eating your own food in a while and if you think this is acceptable then you need to sell.

HUGE improvement, very enjoyable this time. I was complaining about oil was old last time but my fish just now was golden and crispy! Good work guys!

Ocean Banquet was our go to takeaway for years, with the most reliably great fish & chips of any place I had tried in Perth, all at very reasonable prices. I absolutely loved their fish. We bought fish and chips from there at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes more.

The business changed hands some months back, and whilst the people running it are friendly, they really need to bring back the old owners to show them how to cook the food properly. The first time we had fish & chips after the old owners left, it wasn't great, but it wasn't awful. The second time was really unenjoyable. The fish wasn't well cooked, the squid was soggy, and everything had a horrible brown colour. I suspect they're not changing the oil regularly.

It's really disappointing, we haven't been able to bring ourselves to eat there again: (

I got fish and chips tonight and I was impressed. Fish was beautifully cooked, light and crispy batter, chips were perfect and dim sims were tasty. I definitely reccomend.

Best fish and chips in Perth without a doubt, fish recently had been absolutely delicious. If you’re not getting your fish and chips from here, pull your head in.

This is a great little Family Business. The Fish & Chips are delicious and reasonably priced.
We travel past a few others to get to this one because it's just better.

Not gonna lie, very good quality fish n chips which I've been having for years. Unfortunately, portion sizes of the fish and quantity of chips have decreased significantly, even though prices have gone up. I will continue to purchase from here, but much less regularly than before.

The food was both tasty and affordable. I love curry with my chips and not everywhere does it. The chips come in generous servings like they did back in the 90s.

Today the staff/owners went above and beyond to improve my day for no reason than to be kind to a stranger. I really appreciate it - merry Christmas.

Delicious and fresh fish and chips - we ordered the family pack (snapper for the fish) and squid rings. Everything was perfectly cooked. The owner was lovely and helpful - I ordered over the phone and being my first time, I wasn’t sure what to order and he patiently explained the menu options to me. Great customer service and he graciously threw in a free drink for me! Thank you!

Crimea fish and chips, no consistency what so ever. Disgusting dried fish they don’t know how to make decent batter which should be golden not dark and thinly put. Chips again disgusting old refried chips. This is now the 3 time I have got Unedible fish and chips, thought 3rd time lucky? Definitely not. Avoid at all cost don’t waste your money.

OMG The snapper here was so delicious light batter.so fresh 10 out of 10 for the fish. Chips were average. Not greasy at all. This will be our new fish and chip shop staff are lovely and friendly too?

Always great chips and squid! 1 star off for waiting. Often, more than 15mins after they say it will be ready.

So clean, service with a smile, well cooked, clean oil. I will definitely be going back for more. Try the pickled onions!
