15Friendly host and service. The place name is changed to Js Anchor cafe from previous Ocean 205 cafe. Good tasting food and pleasant coffee.
Had a nice coffee on a Sunday morning. It was warm inside and cold out - people could choose to sit inside and out. Good location if you’re visiting the beach area.
Please ignore previous recent reviews. We went there in hope to get a good breakfast and were informed that it's been closed since March.
Excellent coffee, exceptional service. Good variety of cakes and the scones with jam/fresh cream are mouthwatering. It's a yes from me!

We ate here a few times while we stayed in the Seaview Apartments. Good food and reasonable prices. Not a large menu but quite adequate. I think all the food is prepared in house. Good coffee, good cakes and scones and good main meals. Check out the daily specials as they have some good deals.
Have frequented the cafe in the few days I stayed at the Seaview Apartments (next door). Every experience has been great, the service is friendly, food tastes great and coffee was fine (even got a free minibiscuit).

Wife had a Voucher for restaurant ($100 from memory) was over 12 months old, time fly's, manager of the day basically said to bad so sad, what a rort, will never recommend

Food took incredibly long to arrive. Steak, salad and chips. Chips was the only good thing. Steak chewy and flavourless. Not worth it
This morning 11.50, Waitress so friendly, made me a beautiful coffee, but was waiting 40 mins for a over cooked chewy chicken tender salad wrapped to come from the kitchen for take away, and it wasn't one bit busy when I ordered, waitress was so apologetic and lovely but kitchen service was awful.
I got their chocolate cheesecake and it was honesty one of the best cheesecakes I have ever eaten
Lovely food and lovely coffee. The young lady at the counter was accomdating to my daughter and offer to give her a fruit cup when she didn't like the cream in her jelly cup.
