Alen literally saved the day for me! Late Saturday afternoon and the second day in our new home, Alen arrived within an hour. After a lot of testing and fault finding he found the tiny nick in a cable installed by the home builders which was causing the issue and all was good again. Highly recommend to all and I can’t thank him enough for doing this at such short notice on a Saturday evening.

Alen arrived on time, was really helpful, quick and efficient, and gave great advice on the repairs we needed. Very quick response time for the work when we called, and were also able to fix on the go when they found an issue with our RCD switches. Three lights replaced, power issues rectified and RCD switches replaced in under 1.5 hours.

Called when one of my unit's RCDs decided to have a fault right before a working from home day, preventing me from doing anything. Rang a few electricians in the Kewdale area and got quotes for what I thought would just be the replacement of the RCD. Kamal called back promptly and was able to walk me through the process of confirming the faulty RCD by shutting off power to the whole unit and confirming the RCD was faulting even without a load. I sent a few photos of the board, and within an hour Ben showed up, replaced the RCD, and helped me get everything powered back up and identified a kettle as the source of the initial tripped RCD. One binned kettle, one quote that turned to an invoice (no additional or hidden fees from the verbal quote), and one happy customer. Stay safe out there Ben, and thanks for the prompt, quick, and friendly service!

I phoned Kamal early this morning with an electrical issue. He promised to let me asap if Ben would be available. Within minutes he phoned back to confirm Ben would look after me. I had contacted other services however true to his word Ben arrived promptly and had the issue solved in no time at all. Thoroughly checked the entire house's power points and made sure everything was working before he left. Ben explained exactly what the problem was and replaced the guilty component. I'm thoroughly thrilled with the service of both Kamal and Ben. Well done!

I would like to pass on a big thanks to your guys. Very efficient, all done so quickly and kitchen is ready to go, we definitely would not be at this stage without their great efforts.

In regards to minor maintenance works, also thanks for the authorisation to help out with maintenance. They all are minor and it will be most appreciated to have our job book closed out. This will probably be just a few as Mackie will also help out so depending on which contractor finishes first on Friday after the mobile kitchen disco so the book should be closed out within a couple of hours at the most.

Kemal and his team of electricians are simply outstanding. Not only do they now what they are doing, they are on time and they clean up after themselves. Their hourly rate is also reasonable. Not only have they done work on my home but they are also the ones that get a call when one of my clients needs an electrician (I am a real estate agent). You can't ask for a better sparkie who won't take you for a ride.

I recently engaged Kemal and his team to install a security system into our home. When speaking to Kemal on the phone initially, I found him friendly, authentic, and well informed, and after discussion with him, he was able to recommend the right product to suit our needs. He is also someone I felt immediately comfortable with. When we met with him on site to provide a formal quote, it just confirmed my first impression. With regard to the installation, it was done on the date and at the time agreed. Kemal and his apprentice were both professional in the way they went about their work, cleaned up as they went and installed the system as required.
